Excellent sandwiches and truly high-quality ingredients. Wide selection of both prices and flavors. The staff is always courteous and welcoming, as is the restaurant. The take-out dessert service is also very convenient and good. The evening hours may be a bit inconvenient for those who eat a little later or are just finishing classes, but they're in line with the service offered.

Highly recommended! Comfortable place, extremely kind and helpful staff, always there with a smile! Delicious sandwiches, original fillings with quality ingredients, rich and excellent salads. And the bread? Warm, fragrant,... They also have student menus at reasonable prices! And the evening ape? Check it out!!! What more can I say? Go there!!!

04/03/2026: An unimaginable sensory experience. The Langhe cuisine is of the highest quality. Tajarin al Ragù is a must-try, with octopus salad as a main course. The accompanying focaccia is divine, truly divine. Complimentary hazelnut sweets. We will definitely be back. Peace and good food reign here. Thanks to Le Tre Galline and to God who led us here.

09/11/2025: First time in Val Grana. We went up for a unique Saturday in this beautiful valley with spectacular foliage. As we walked up to the Sanctuary, it was lunchtime when we noticed the sign for this fantastic inn. Patrizia welcomed us and cooked impeccably for us. Everything was delicious. She was friendly and very professional. Thank you, Patrizia. We will definitely be back. I forgot about the mountain-style decor and the priceless view. Excellent value. They make their own Castelmagno cheese, and you can buy it for yourself; it's delicious.
