Very friendly staff and very good food

I recently went for a quick lunch, I found a pleasant place, with good, simple but valid cuisine and excellent service. Must try.

Location splendida, circondata dal verde, in città. Menù genuino, con piatti dai sapori equilibrati. E soprattutto una atmosfera che sa di casa, personale stragentile! Torneremo senz altro!

I always like it. Simple. Complete menu in the evening for thirty euros. Large and shaded outdoor space. Good dishes.

It is difficult to make a complete and sufficiently objective description because judgments change as soon as you shift your point of view even just a little. If you like simple places, very simple in the welcome and service then the place is excellent, if you expect, as right, that when the bread or the water or the wine runs out and you would really like someone to notice and take care of it independently without 100 reminders, well, run like hell. If you like simple people who you can approach without problems and chat for two hours over a bottle of wine per hour, this is the place for you, but you don't have to think about it. I really liked the site, on the banks of the Po, in a bend that I would never have thought existed. Piola is totally off the beaten track and to get there a road awaits you which, compared to the savannah, is a gem. The food is good, very homely, without praise or shame, it is eaten with pleasure. The wine is strictly bulk and apart from the rosé the red and white deserve mention. Don't expect a bill proportional to the place and the menu, I found it quite expensive, certainly not in keeping with what this dish offers. Let's say that the place is perfect for spending a summer evening with unpretentious fun-loving friends. In summary: it's definitely worth trying and if you don't like it, forget it!

Happened to try it after a run along the Po. Excellent food, very friendly staff, delicious kitten Rita who lets herself do anything. Rustic and family atmosphere feels good!! Only I couldn't taste the tart because it was finished!!
