I really enjoyed myself in this place.
Unlike other similar places, I must say that the food was really tasty and pleasant, there was no feeling of heaviness.
The owner is a professional and kind person.
I brought some tourist friends and they were really enthusiastic.
Excellent choice of food.

Very kind and welcoming staff, large and bright room made even more pleasant by the courtesy of ROMANA, wide choice of tasty buffet dishes! I have come here several times over the years, both in a large group and with family or friends... and it has always been a positive experience, in terms of environment and cuisine! Compliments !!

I've been going there for lunch for years.
The food is always excellent and super plentiful since you can take whatever you want. Prices are low compared to the quality and abundance of all the food.
Not to mention the kindness, seriousness and professionalism of the owners, chefs and waiters.
Believe me, if you want to go to eat in a restaurant and leave happy and with a belly full of good food, go to the FABBRICA DEL GUSTO IN VIA ALPINI IN BERGAMO.

We were on Easter day. Everything was fine, all the kitchen staff and those in charge of the dishes were very good. The only downside was that there were so many people together at 1pm that it was worth considering a different time.

Sono stato per pranzo, testando la soluzione all you can eat e self service con piatti italiani.
Da semplici antipasti a carne, pesce, verdure e dolci, tutti piuttosto semplici ma attraenti per svariate ragioni, dalla gratinatura a soluzioni fritte.
Ambiente ampio, pulito e senza fronzoli.
Comodo parcheggio in condivisione con altre attività.

I went for lunch, testing the all you can eat and self service solution with Italian dishes.
From simple appetizers to meat, fish, vegetables and desserts, all quite simple but attractive for various reasons, from gratinated to fried solutions.
Spacious, clean and no-frills environment.

Acqua per lavarsi le mani ghiacciata prendo un piatto per carne e pesce alla griglia era sporco, mancava salmone al forno picanha dura hanno tolto i dolci ore 21:30 ha già toglievano il buffet moi siamo arrivati venti e trenta le altre cose in compenso non erano male
