Pranzo con mia moglie dopo visita al CosmoFarm alla Fiera di Bologna, 7 minuti di auto. Parcheggio riservato molto comodo. Cordiale il benvenuto e locale molto curato, tavoli ben separati. Servizio veloce. Prendiamo due primi, tagliatelle alla bolognese con un ragù favoloso e tortelloni ai carciofi e prosciutto dal sapore speciale. Un bel calice di buon Sangiovese. I dolci: fragole (davvero buone) con una crema al mascarpone stupenda; zuppa inglese perfetta. Che dire: siamo stati bene, mangiato benissimo e pagato il giusto. Il locale era pieno e qualcosa significa! Ci torneremo!

I went last night for the first time with a friend. Let me start by describing the dessert. Why? Because so many restaurants neglect it. It arrives at the end of the meal when many in the kitchen think that "the game is over" on the strong dishes, the restaurant's strong points. Instead, that's where I pay the most attention. It's easy to overlook. Standard dessert menu, BUT La Fabbreria served me an abundant and delicious mascarpone cream. Like the rest. Very typical Bolognese dishes. Excellent dishes, excellent service. Maybe in the future thinking about a draft beer, it wouldn't hurt. The choice of bitters/liqueurs is excellent. Friendly and welcoming staff. Easily accessible and convenient location. My friend was as happy as I was. The only point is that the room is a little too noisy when fully booked but the quality ABSOLUTELY wins over these aspects. Prices appropriate to the quality. You spend money but you make a superb impression, and in any case it doesn't disappoint like some much more expensive places. For me to mark in the diary!

Second year at Cosmoprof and second year at La Fabbreria. We had 2 evenings at the restaurant and the hospitality and the food where just excellent as usual. The knowledge of the staff and the general friendly approach are a plus that few other places can provide. Thank you guys, see you next year... Or sooner. :)

Siamo andati a cena in questo ristorante dopo averlo scelto in base alle recensioni.
Per tutta onestà credo sia un locale molto nella media e non certamente così straordinario come sembra essere leggendo le recensioni.
Buono l'antipasto (affettati con le crescentine ... anche se sul menu riporta "prosciutto misto" vengono serviti affettati misti).
Primi: Gramigna con salsiccia assolutamente insipida, tagliatelle alla bolognese con ragù mooolto unto (ancora oggi non lo avevo digerito).
Carta dei vini modesta e per taluni vini veramente cara.
Insomma ... una normalissima quanto modesta cena.
Rapido il servizio.
