Typical Emilian trattoria, located in the Bolognese plain.
Traditional dishes.
Appetizers with local cured meats and cheeses.
First photonics with tortelli, tortellini and lasagna.
The second courses are pleasant from boiled meat to pork delicacies.
Historical and traditional desserts.
The wine list is excellent with products from all over Italy.
Excellent and fair price for what they offer.

I went to pick up a friend who works in the area and together, without a reservation, we arrived directly at the restaurant. On a Wednesday at 1.30pm the car park was packed. They still welcomed us and made us sit. We had a boiled meat and a steak with delicious baked potatoes. I also really liked the atmosphere, the professionalism and courtesy of all the staff. Correct price, also in line with the service. Congratulations, I'll see you again!

The restaurant is located in the countryside but a few kilometers from the city, there are also several free car parks. The appetizer of cold cuts, parmesan, coccole and stracchino is classic. As a first course I tried tagliatelle with meat sauce and tortelli with cream and walnuts, I found the dishes quite banal and with little personality although the pasta was fresh. As for the second course, the cut was not soft at all but rather very greasy as were the roasted potatoes that accompanied it. I finish with a decidedly anonymous mascarpone dessert with an overly intense mascarpone flavour.

Siamo andati a cena in questo ristorante dopo averlo scelto in base alle recensioni.
Per tutta onestà credo sia un locale molto nella media e non certamente così straordinario come sembra essere leggendo le recensioni.
Buono l'antipasto (affettati con le crescentine ... anche se sul menu riporta "prosciutto misto" vengono serviti affettati misti).
Primi: Gramigna con salsiccia assolutamente insipida, tagliatelle alla bolognese con ragù mooolto unto (ancora oggi non lo avevo digerito).
Carta dei vini modesta e per taluni vini veramente cara.
Insomma ... una normalissima quanto modesta cena.
