01/09/2025: During our two days in Palermo, we ate here. My partner, being Sicilian, wanted me to try the pasta with tenerumi, just like he ate them at home. I loved it, and he found the same home-cooked flavor. We also tried other dishes, like the cheeses and the chickpea pancakes. Everything was delicious, healthy, and high-quality. You can taste the difference when there's a certain level of attention to the ingredients. Furthermore, the owner and her partner were incredibly kind and friendly, and we had a wonderful two-night stay. They even gave us some excellent advice. We hope to return soon in the winter; I'm very curious about the winter menu. Congratulations, and we hope to see you again soon.
01/07/2025: I ate at Spinno yesterday during an evening of my Risiko club, the atmosphere is always very pleasant thanks to the welcome of Chiara and her staff, who will serve you with a smile. The food, strictly vegetarian or vegan, is well cooked, with excellent ingredients and a good imagination. The desserts are highly recommended, the cacio all'argentiera, pasta and risotto and you must try the vegan mayonnaise, excellent.
