10/03/2026: The atmosphere is sad and gloomy. The food is pleasant, but the service leaves a little to be desired. There are worse things to be seen.
18/02/2026: A pleasant discovery in the Galatone countryside: a farmhouse immersed in nature and silence, tucked away and fortunately far from the Salento nightlife. The culinary offerings are excellent, ranging from typical dishes to simple, traditional fare. Nothing particularly elaborate, but everything is good and substantial. The bill is reasonable (€30/person). The service is a delight 😉. Would I return? Yes.

07/02/2026: Fantastic experience! Top-quality food, impeccable service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Francesco and Daniela are one of a kind; their warmth and friendliness make you feel at home. I will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone. A well-deserved 5 stars!
17/01/2026: Located in the small village of Pisignano, Arco is a typical Salento trattoria. Seating is very limited, and the space, with vaulted ceilings, is little more than an open-plan space with exposed antique walls. The food is typical of the area, and the pizzas are also good. Prices are average.
