La Dispensa di Casa de’ Trinci In Trevi

Incredibly hospitable, even though Trevi was overrun for the party on Sunday 20 October, this wonderful family invented two places for us too.

Trevi in the summer has a plethora of concerts that start late. We’re not always on the mood for a full dinner - so La Dispensa fills a void. The tagliere is generous and delicious. In addition to the sliced meats (prosciutto, capocollo, lombo, sausage and ciauscolo) ; cheeses (primo-sale and pecorino fresco). There were sides of ceci, faro salad and panzanella. Interesting wine list but we opted for a glass of Cocco Avventata Trebbiano Spoletino. Service is warm and friendly.
