I had been buying products from Casa de’ Trinci online for a while, but as soon as I had the chance I went with a friend to have an aperitif at their Dispensa. An incredible experience to be able to have all their products at hand. Then having an aperitif there, finally, was an unforgettable experience. Everything was delicious and taken care of with love and professionalism.

Casa De' Trinci is a true gem of Trevi! A welcoming wine bar where you can enjoy excellent local wines and delicious platters of cold cuts and cheeses. The atmosphere is warm and familiar, you immediately feel at home. Giada, the fantastic owner, is kind, knowledgeable and passionate, always ready to recommend the best. A place not to be missed for an authentic and unforgettable experience!

Delicious cutting boards with cured meats and other products of excellent quality! Really kind and helpful staff, very pleasant environment and non-invasive music. Perfect! Also recommended for aperitifs! In the shop that has the store you can find both beautiful souvenirs and delicious items of various kinds.

Splendid little place in a little street in the center of Trevi, tables outside in a very welcoming environment, beautiful atmosphere. VERY abundant platters, good typical products, excellent selection of local and non-local wines, very honest prices, more than recommended! PS: Gorgeous ceramic plates and saucers

12/05/2025: We stopped during our motorbike trip, during the telephone reservation they offered us a tempting outdoor table (very welcome given the heat) Due to some confusion this table was no longer available when we arrived, but the waiter resolved it very quickly! Limited menu of homemade cuisine, synonymous with fresh dishes Informal and family atmosphere, excellent value for money The service was a little distracted, with two guys taking turns with each other without marking anything down, consequently a second course arrived wrong, the bread arrived 2 times in a row and some bottles of water took a while to wait, but Momo made up for it with his helpfulness and easy laugh, we will definitely be back the next time we pass through beautiful Gubbio!
05/05/2025: Kind and honest! Rustic place with typical dishes, all excellent! I recommend the truffle pasta! Paid €100 for 5 of us with lots of wine and bitters!
