A surprise, practically by the wayside. If you're looking for the real Sicily, this is the place to be. Warm service, a wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and great wine. We weren't expecting this restaurant. A visit is absolutely worthwhile.

This is a local restaurant in town, where we were able to find choices gluten free. The owners know well about gluten free and were able to tell us what could be 100% gluten free and what might be cross-contaminated. We enjoyed our meals there and would recommend if any celiac people who might visit the town in the future.

This is a must do in Castiglione. Located in the beautiful old section of town, they serve great pasta, I had the pistachio pesto which was great. They also have a large selection of wines and are very knowledgeable about local wines.

The place has welcoming staff, the cheese platter is excellent, both the first courses and the meats are good. We tried the grilled meat and the grilled trina. Very good value for money.

Authentic experience that exceeds expectations. Family, cozy and traditional restaurant. Great offer of wine and local products. Simple and high quality menu. We recommend making a reservation as it is a small place allowing you to keep the essence + there are guides to Sicily so you can take a look while you wait for the food. Great option if you visit the town.
