La Diavola In San giovanni la punta

There is a reason I go there often. The food is a little short, but it is fresh and clean. I am glad it is near my house.

An excellent self-service and takeout deli located almost in the center of San Giovanni la Punta, in a residential area where I often go. A charming location with tables already equipped with napkins and glasses. A good variety of first courses, second courses, and side dishes; the food is fresh, plentiful, and well-cooked. There's little waiting, even during peak hours (it's only open for lunch). Customers have access to two adjoining dining rooms furnished with wooden tables and chairs. The only flaw is that there are no price lists (I believe they're required by law) or labels placed near the products that clearly and unambiguously indicate the retail price. Furthermore, the cashier rarely issues receipts, so you never know how much your lunch cost until you pay, and you only know the total price without any specification of the individual dishes. I would advise the owners to comply with the legal regulations regarding the advertising of the prices of products on display and the issuing of receipts because, I repeat, I do not believe that the activity carried out so far is in compliance with the law, obviously in these respects.

I've known La Diavola since I was little, I always went there with my dad, and now I often go with my mom, and I have to say that over the years it has always improved, the guys are very fast even in a lot of confusion, they know how to manage, super professional, excellent food and always freshly baked, very nice dining room, everything organized down to the smallest detail... I wouldn't change it for any other place, generous at the cash register if they have to give you a small discount they do it, they know how to pamper customers, congratulations

The price is fair, the food is high quality and in huge quantities! I recommend it.

You can't choose what you want, especially on Saturdays and Sundays... people crowd the table and none of the employees or the owners put things in order... What a shame 😔

Great place! It's all locals, the food is really good and cheap, and the coffee is 50 cents. Most of the staff doesn't speak English, so keep that in mind. For those unfamiliar with how it works, you take a number at the entrance (red box), and when they call it out (it also appears on the screen), you can order and pay, and your food arrives immediately. I highly recommend it!
