Today we went to eat at the Famous Goddess of Rome, now under new management, clean environment, fast, professional and well-mannered staff, we ate some land (Carbonara, matriciana and a pasta called la.passeggiatamedievale) some fish (Spagetti with clams, tagliolini with seafood, mussel soute, sea bass) all really good. Excellent white wine. I also recommend the desserts (White chocolate sphere with hot salted caramel poured with a small earthenware coffee pot) spectacular, lastly the excellent coffee, better than the bar. Congratulations to the new management. P.s: we had lunch in the deor in a very large perimeter covered from the sun but ventilated on the sides. Average price in proportion to the quality. Social dinner at the celebration of Women's Day. We had an aperitif in the garden and then started lunch. Table for 14 well served, the owner by virtue of our Asd treated us really well, everyone was kind, the food was excellent and we women with children in tow had a really good time, we recommend it.

Per un pranzo causa pausa lavorativa,decidiamo di mangiare al ristorante dea ,vista la vicinanza dal nostro posto di lavoro. Il menù è molto ricco ed invitante,si passa dai primi classici della cucina romana ai piatti più in stile gourmet,ma è anche pizzeria. Per questo motivo decidiamo di fare un mix per poter assaggiare un po' di tutto. In tre persone abbiamo deciso di gustare come inizio una pizza al centro,veramente spettacolare,sia nell impasto,sia nella qualità degli ingredienti,una pizza che ha messo d'accordo tutti e tre,cosa rara da trovare,visto che l 'idea giusta di pizza è molto soggettiva,a chi piace alla napoletana,a chi piace super fina,questa accontentava tutti. Mentre gli altri gustano un ottimo antipasto con i cocci ( trippa alla romana,fagioli e cotiche,e delle melanzane squisite)io mi butto su un primo "classico",una mezza manica alla carbonara ,con una crema perfetta e un ottimo guanciale croccante. Per finire abbiamo concluso con una focaccia alla Nutella che è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Servizio gentile e preparato,torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare altre pizze e altre portate.
