Truly an excellent restaurant with excellent food with quality that you really need, customer service is the same because as soon as you enter they serve you, furthermore the food arrives immediately and the environment inside is like a beautiful tavern, I rate it 5 stars I recommend it

The house appetizer was nothing special, served in installments, cold cuts as a single course and after 10 minutes the dairy products, for the hot ones instead we waited over 15 minutes. Good sliced ​​steak, questionable sausage, courses served one at a time to the various diners, with the result that two ate, two looked and then three looked and one ate. All this keeping in mind that we were the first customers and when we arrived there was no one there.

A heartfelt thank you to Leo and his wonderful family for the warm welcome and incredible availability shown during our visit. Not everyone can manage a table of about 40 people with professionalism and attention, satisfying every single request with a smile and without ever leaving anything out. The food was simply excellent: carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors and generous portions that won over everyone present. The service was impeccable, with attention to every little detail, with a courtesy and kindness that really make the difference. Thanks again for making our day so special. We will definitely be back and will recommend your restaurant to anyone who wants to have a culinary experience of the highest level.

We returned after a long time for a birthday and with great surprise the quality and service have improved from what was already excellent. Innovative dishes but with traditional products, well done guys, I will come back to try the other courses on the menu.

Ho festeggiato in questo locale i miei 30 anni, eravamo 25 persone e siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti per la quantità e la qualità del cibo e soprattutto il servizio è stato eccellente. Consigliatissimo.

25/06/2025: A Culinary Highlight of Our Apulian Journey We had the best dining experience of our entire trip in Apulia at La Cuccagna Giro di Vite in Crispiano. Everything from the service to the creativity of the dishes was exceptional. We started with the chef’s selection of six antipasti, a beautifully curated mix of local flavors—ranging from classic cold cuts to mini meatballs, fresh salads with seasonal vegetables, and other small delicacies that showcased the richness of the region. Each bite was a discovery. The rosé sparkling wine recommended by the staff—L’Archetipo Susumante—was a perfect pairing: fresh, elegant, and full of character. For the primi, we each chose one pasta dish, and the kitchen thoughtfully split and served both in two separate rounds so we could easily share and enjoy each one. The orecchiette with smoky aubergine and a trio of cherry tomatoes (green, yellow, and red) was vibrant and full of flavor. The paccheri filled with ricotta in a lamb and tomato sauce was rich, comforting, and beautifully balanced. To finish, we shared a house-made fig tart paired with a scoop of almond ice cream, topped with freshly grilled almonds—a perfect finale with freshness, texture, and just the right sweetness. This meal was not only delicious, but full of generosity, care, and soul—just like the ambiance of the restaurant. A must-visit if you’re in the area. Truly unforgettable.
