A heartfelt thank you to Leo and his wonderful family for the warm welcome and incredible availability shown during our visit. Not everyone can manage a table of about 40 people with professionalism and attention, satisfying every single request with a smile and without ever leaving anything out.
The food was simply excellent: carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors and generous portions that won over everyone present. The service was impeccable, with attention to every little detail, with a courtesy and kindness that really make the difference.
Thanks again for making our day so special. We will definitely be back and will recommend your restaurant to anyone who wants to have a culinary experience of the highest level.

We returned after a long time for a birthday and with great surprise the quality and service have improved from what was already excellent. Innovative dishes but with traditional products, well done guys, I will come back to try the other courses on the menu.

We are historical customers of this delicious restaurant, since the first location in Martina Franca!
"La Cueva" is a certainty: the quality of the food, the raw materials, the impeccable service, the courtesy of the staff makes us return often and never disappoints us.
In the hot appetizers, new compared to the previous time, I really appreciated the mini burgers with stracciatella and jam: AN EXQUISITE GEM!

I have been frequenting this place with my family for years, and it has now become a gastronomic ritual when we want to "play it safe" and therefore eat quality food and feel good. Kind and present owner, attentive and capable waiters. The food is always of the highest quality with local products. I don't think I can disappoint anyone.
If I had to make a criticism it could be linked to an environment that is often full, with seats that are a little too close together and, due to the low ceiling, the environment is saturated with used air. I consider the bill to be proportionate to the quality of the food consumed.

Renovated location, plentiful and quality food, courteous service. From the cold and hot appetizers to the desserts, including the mixed roast and the sliced meat cooked in a wood oven and accompanied by potatoes under ashes, everything is delicious and presented in a very accurate manner. Ho festeggiato in questo locale i miei 30 anni, eravamo 25 persone e siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti per la quantità e la qualità del cibo e soprattutto il servizio è stato eccellente.
