A restaurant in the historic center of town, with a large, well-furnished outdoor area. Friendly staff. Good food, typical of Puglia's cuisine. Unfortunately, I ordered a rare steak, and it arrived very underdone. What a shame. It was already late, and I didn't report the mix-up so they could rectify the oversight. There was a loud concert in the nearby square. It's a shame; the location deserves a very good rating.

We stayed there on the night of Ferragosto. The place was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The food was excellent. I'll definitely be back!

An evening with meat-loving friends, who were literally blown away by the deliciousness of the meat... I met the guys at Cueva, Leo and Giuseppe, a pair of brothers who are running this wonderful restaurant in the heart of Crispiano, creating a perfect blend of innovation and tradition. I was blown away by the deliciousness of the rib. So... I recommend it if you want to eat with gusto. I'll be back soon!

The house appetizer was nothing special, served in installments, cold cuts as a single course and after 10 minutes the dairy products, for the hot ones instead we waited over 15 minutes.
Good sliced steak, questionable sausage, courses served one at a time to the various diners, with the result that two ate, two looked and then three looked and one ate.
All this keeping in mind that we were the first customers and when we arrived there was no one there.
