Location straordinaria. Dettagli curatissimi. Sala interna bellissima, terrazza esterna splendida. Personale veloce, preparato, gentile. Bar per aperitivo con prodotti fatti loro squisiti. Insomma, c'è tutto quanto per fare il grande passo. Compresa la cucina. Ovviamente non è la stagione migliore per il tartufo ma proprio per questo abbiamo potuto apprezzare ancor di più la mano di Alice, davvero niente male (per me superlativi gli gnocchi). Oltre il gusto sa anche "giocare" molto bene con le consistenze e con l'estetica dei piatti. Buonissima anche la carta dei vini. Ovviamente i 4 su 5 sono perchè già lo paragono agli stellati locali (anzi rispetto ad un paio è già superiore) Bravissimi

Super... full 5 stars. Let me start by saying that we were lucky enough to be guests of our friends from Foligno for a special evening; guests who already know the estate and the property well. This affected the review... I don't think so because I would have written the following anyway. There are some special places.... which rightly.... can be defined as "places of the soul"... among which the Tenuta di San Pietro a Pettine rightfully belongs. Location, food experience, attentive and precise service, professionalism, environment, refinement... all elements that bring La Cucina and the Tenuta di San Pietro a Pettine in general... into the TOP list of places seen and tried in Umbria. Very talented chef.... dishes that manage to mix tradition with innovation and creativity.... very good! A round of applause to all the very young staff of the restaurant and to the TOP level Sommelier! Very high level throughout ... with a "gem" above all .... the rural Romanesque church that stands inside the property perfectly renovated and restored by Carlo and his family .... a jewel returned to the community in fact .... because it is always accessible! We had the pleasure of meeting Carlo... "Chapeau!!!" ... we will definitely see each other again! Thank you Emiliano & Francesca

Incredible location for both an aperitif and dinner. We first tried their cocktails accompanied by an exceptional platter but the real gem is the dinner. We did their Tamanto tasting menu and it was truly incredible, one dish tastier than the other with a constant presence of black truffle in the various dishes Very honest price for what we consumed!

First rate in every way. Top notch service, beautiful setting on the patio or inside with a view over the valley. Varied wine list at reasonable markup. Exquisite food, beautiful presented and delicious. More than generous amusement bouche, bread service and sweets included in meal. The goose gnocchi with truffles was the best thing I’ve eaten in a long time. Main courses included pigeon, a well seasoned piece of pork, creative chicken cacciatore and more.

Superb! I sincerely thank Chef Alice for letting me live this wonderful experience. I didn't even take a photo so as not to disturb the atmosphere. What a wonderful experience which combines the food, the adventure, education, and the local people. Maurizio (truffle hunter) with Mira (the star of the show, the dog), and Federica our host were fantastic. Absolutely a must. The tasting of truffles- from meats to cheeses, honeys, olive oils were all fantastic. Highly highly reccomend!
