La Cucina di San Pietro a Pettine In Trevi

Extremely pleasant experience, a must do! Care is the word closest to this reality, for food, for the environment, for the balance between times, music and solutions.. The research and experimentation of flavors in each course, worthily described, was highly appreciated, but even more so were the education, hospitality and pride shown by all the staff, which should be essential in anyone who carries out this job. It will be a great pleasure to return!

Amazing location. All dishes were excellent, from appetizers to desserts. We will definitely be back.

There really is nothing to complain about, from the place of disarming beauty to which the owner's family is rightly viscerally linked, to the long history of the small church inside the estate, to the love with which they produce the raw materials (truffles, cheese, oil evo) which is the basis of the young chef's preparations. The places are delicate interweavings between Umbrian tradition and international contamination, but always with external balance and refinement. They're right: St. Peter's Comb is addictive!

Bellissimo l’ambiente all’interno della tenuta, e molto suggestiva la pieve tenuta aperta ed illuminata la sera. Locale sciccoso, servizio giovane ed al top. Non tutte le portate sono risultate convincenti (a volte, a parer mio, ho riscontrato qualche eccesso di creatività senza acuti & ricordi indelebili nel piatto) ma nel complesso un’ottima tavola nella sua categoria, e di fatto un’offerta creativa in Umbria non è scontata vista la proposta gastronomica generale della regione.

Immaginate una terrazza che, dalla collina, si affaccia sulla vallata umbra. Immaginate un tramonto, romantico e avvolgente. Immaginate una cena deliziosa con piatti prelibati preparati con materie prime di eccellenza, i frutti che l'Umbria ci regala: primo fra tutti il tartufo ma anche l'olio, il vino, la carne. Ecco, San Pietro a Pettine e' tutto cio' ma anche molto di più. E' difficile descrivere l'atmosfera che si trova in questo posto, dove anche i santi in passato si fermarono. Ne' le parole ne' le fotografie (ne inserisco parecchie per cercare di rendere l'idea) riescono a trasmettere il clima che si respira qui; l'eleganza, lo stile, il buongusto che contraddistinguono ogni dettaglio. Semplicemente e' magia. L'unico suggerimento e': provare per credere.

Real rating 6/5. Excellent service and perfect organization from the beginning, attentive and meticulous, but affable and pleasant staff. The dishes are prepared with care and the search for innovation is perceptible. Elegant and refined place for an experience that I recommend and that I intend to repeat soon.
