There really is nothing to complain about, from the place of disarming beauty to which the owner's family is rightly viscerally linked, to the long history of the small church inside the estate, to the love with which they produce the raw materials (truffles, cheese, oil evo) which is the basis of the young chef's preparations. The places are delicate interweavings between Umbrian tradition and international contamination, but always with external balance and refinement. They're right: St. Peter's Comb is addictive!

Bellissimo l’ambiente all’interno della tenuta, e molto suggestiva la pieve tenuta aperta ed illuminata la sera. Locale sciccoso, servizio giovane ed al top. Non tutte le portate sono risultate convincenti (a volte, a parer mio, ho riscontrato qualche eccesso di creatività senza acuti & ricordi indelebili nel piatto) ma nel complesso un’ottima tavola nella sua categoria, e di fatto un’offerta creativa in Umbria non è scontata vista la proposta gastronomica generale della regione.

The best carpaccio we have ever eaten with a very original rose spritz. The chef creates an experience at each time of the dinner that allows you to enjoy unique flavors. Amazing service of the waitress (Italian- Mexican)

Real rating 6/5. Excellent service and perfect organization from the beginning, attentive and meticulous, but affable and pleasant staff. The dishes are prepared with care and the search for innovation is perceptible. Elegant and refined place for an experience that I recommend and that I intend to repeat soon.

Beautiful evening. The cocktail that was offered to us was excellent, excellent food, perfect service, competent, but never "invasive".
We greatly appreciated the competence of the sommelier and the many "cuddles" arriving from the kitchen.
The choice of local products and suppliers is rewarding
Experience to be repeated, we will be back.

A walk among the stars, in a very welcoming environment, an enchanting sunset panorama that frames the pleasant dishes that stimulated the five senses. All accompanied by a skilful pairing proposed by the sommelier and Federico who, together with the rest of the staff, pampered us and led us by the hand in this unique experience.

Location straordinaria. Dettagli curatissimi. Sala interna bellissima, terrazza esterna splendida. Personale veloce, preparato, gentile. Bar per aperitivo con prodotti fatti loro squisiti.
Insomma, c'è tutto quanto per fare il grande passo.
Compresa la cucina. Ovviamente non è la stagione migliore per il tartufo ma proprio per questo abbiamo potuto apprezzare ancor di più la mano di Alice, davvero niente male (per me superlativi gli gnocchi). Oltre il gusto sa anche "giocare" molto bene con le consistenze e con l'estetica dei piatti.
Buonissima anche la carta dei vini.
Ovviamente i 4 su 5 sono perchè già lo paragono agli stellati locali (anzi rispetto ad un paio è già superiore)
