We would have liked to try it but it didn't update the opening hours on Google and we found the place closed... what a shame

Lunch is a fixed menu with a wide selection of carefully selected dishes. Pasta with potatoes and provola, gnocchi alla sorrentina, meatballs with tomato sauce and broccoli rabe—everything is truly delicious. Generous portions and a friendly owner.

I'm from Naples, and I was on a Sunday stroll through Vomero. Even though we didn't have a reservation, the staff went out of their way to seat us inside, as we requested. The fixed menu features seafood and meat dishes at reasonable prices. Typical dishes are plentiful and well-cooked, and the service is prompt.

A wonderful, genuine, and simple place — Neapolitan cuisine, homemade-style food: delicious, generous, with the kind of humane prices long forgotten. La Cucina di Elvira have a very nice food. Everything is home made and very tasty. Staff is very nice and kind. Recommend this nice restorant!

Authentic Italian restaurant. We spent 15 days in Italy in various cities, and this was the restaurant where we truly felt we were eating 100% local Italian food. The first eggplant dish was the best we've ever had. Excellent flavor, quantity, and a very good price.
