Small place, but you always feel at home.
Impeccable service on weekdays, but it's best to avoid it on weekends as there are long lines and staff are unfortunately scarce, so you have to make do with it somehow.
There are no reservations, so you have to wait your turn.
Parking is a bit difficult given the area around the restaurant, but a 5-minute walk is easily possible.
Abundant and delicious food.

Elvira's cuisine wasn't a bad choice: a low-priced fixed menu with plenty of choices for first courses, second courses, and side dishes.
The waiter was curious and friendly.
If you're in Vomero, definitely try it.

An excellent trattoria, in the truest sense of the word (which is now rather loosely used)... delicious and varied cuisine, with a wide selection of side dishes served buffet style! I've had the pleasure of knowing the owner, Enzo, since childhood, and I must say he has maintained and passed on to all the staff his kindness and generosity (I can attest that he has never hesitated to share his culinary creativity with charitable organizations!) "La Cucina di Elvira" is truly a must-visit for anyone who wants to spend time at the table in peace and enjoying delicious food!

A fun evening, with plentiful, excellent food—just like being at grandma's house if your grandmother were a great Neapolitan cook. The genovese, the linguine al coccio, and the meat in tomato sauce were delicious! Two plates of eggplant parmigiana were almost enough! Highly recommended!
