A wonderful discovery on the outskirts of Casale, but a charming outskirts, an "old-fashioned" structure in the middle of the fields. Inside, so much warmth and coziness (a crackling fire in the fireplace, warm wooden furnishings). In the kitchen (which is visible from the table where my father and I were) there are some lovely ladies working alongside younger chefs. We ate: friciulin for an appetizer and the special of the day, a savory tart (with ricotta, spinach, and Swiss chard), delicious; for the first course, polenta with mushrooms and gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, excellent, they melted in your mouth! To finish, a delicious Mont Blanc with whipped cream and marron glacés. With a liter of water, a quart of house red wine, and a coffee, we spent €45 in total.
I'd love to return soon to try all the other delicacies 😭

We've been here a couple of times after seeing the reviews. A cute little place with excellent food. All the dishes, cooked with love by those who do this job, are a must-try. Don't miss the seasonal desserts. I think it's entirely run by women, both in the dining room and kitchen. The only downside is that they no longer grill meat... let's hope they change their minds. Anyway, well done, I recommend it.

Three appetizers, two first courses, and a second course, all their own, all delicious. Homemade and easy-going. Perfect for those long Sunday lunches, finishing with a grappa. Top notch.
