It's a gem. Authentic home-cooked food, with a choice of starters and traditional dishes cooked to perfection, all homemade desserts, and a good wine cellar. Plenty of parking and a lovely summer location. I always come back and always leave happy. The owners are lovely people.

The spacious restaurant feels a bit chaotic and shabby. It's like a large trattoria, with generous portions, but prices don't quite match the style. Overall, the dishes aren't bad (considering a trattoria), but they do slip up a bit. For example, it's fine that we're not in Emilia, but the tortellini in brodo should be tortellini, not tortelloni. There's definitely room for improvement.

It's the season when we visit loved ones who are no longer with us. It was a Sunday in late October, it was packed, so there were some delays in the food arriving, but when it did arrive... DIVINE. I think they cook incredibly well. Delicious porcini mushrooms, impeccable meat, bread you could take home with you, 100% authentic side dishes, and a very pleasant house red wine. The appetizer buffet featured a variety of unusual dishes, including supplì (rice balls), boiled meatballs, croquettes, fried food, lamb's head (!), offal, seasonal vegetables, legumes... It's very beautiful outside. I think it's definitely worth it!

15/06/2025: Not far from Spanish steps in the small street , very cute restaurant with indoor & outdoor sitting . Excellent Italian food , good quality fresh and tasty . Good wine choices . Really worth to try it .
02/04/2025: Stumbled on this lovely restaurant down a side alley close to the Spanish Steps. One of the better meals we’ve had on this trip. Fresh, local ingredients and not the “standard” pasta-centric menu. Strong wine list and excellent service. Would certainly come back.
