Siamo stati a cena, ambiente caldo e accogliente, una splendida baita. Menù fisso, con numerose portate, tutte con dosi giuste e tutte davvero ottime. Gentilissima la padrona di casa. Ci torneremo

Ci siamo recati in questa bellissima “calda”location per un pranzo in famiglia, da subito siamo stati accolti con tanta gentilezza e questo è molto positivo, ci siamo affidati alla loro proposta del giorno iniziando da una buona entrèe, diversi antipasti di qualità tutti ottimi, un eccellente risotto alla zucca, un’ottima polenta con brasato di cervo e come dolce abbiamo scelto una straordinaria Tarte tatin. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente, sicuramente ritorneremo

21/01/2024: In the characteristic and historic "village" of Varallo, on the top of a hill from which you can admire the entire city, you unexpectedly come across Hostaria di Bricai. Friendliness and excellent service embrace the chef's exquisite proposal. Worth a detour if you happen to be passing through. It requires a stop if you are planning a trip. Let them tell you the story and you will appreciate even more your decision to refresh yourself in an almost magical place.
06/01/2024: An authentic sensorial experience in a location that fully reflects the territory. Delightful welcome and impeccable service. The willingness to welcome our 4-legged friends was definitely appreciated. The round table with windows is stunning. How to make people feel good. we will definitely return

07/04/2024: Last night instead of cooking we tasted the pizza, mine was spectacular, the raw one I recommend it to everyone we had a good time and the service was excellent see you soon thank you
