Excellent restaurant both in terms of environment and kindness of the owners and obviously for the goodness of the dishes offered. We were all really satisfied, the flavors were excellent as were the quantities. We will definitely be back, highly recommended

Cena squisita, cibo piemontese di ottima qualità abbinato a vini ancor più buoni, il tutto condito da un servizio familiare e professionale. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Consigliatissimo. Un doveroso ringraziamento a Martina, Mario e Cinzia che ci han fatto sentire a casa.

I can't help but give this place the highest score. We went on a Thursday evening so not a particularly crowded day but perfect for savoring the different courses to the fullest and in peace. We started with some typical Piedmontese appetizers: a Fassona steak and beef tongue in green sauce accompanied with homemade bread. For the main course, we opted for a portion of "tapulon" (a finely chopped donkey dog ​​stew) served on a bed of home-made mash and a roast veal with hazelnut and mash. All accompanied with a delicious bottle of Barbera D'Asti of their production. Finally, dessert could not be missing: hazelnut cake and Jewish cake (an unleavened cake with oranges and chocolate) together with a good glass of passito wine also produced by them.

After being there for my niece's birthday I decided to celebrate mine today for lunch! Excellent food excellent wine excellent courtesy of the owners of everyone's daughter j!. 05/02/2025: My partner and I had dinner at this restaurant last Saturday and we had the pleasure of experiencing a wonderful food and wine experience. We opted for the fish-based menu and felt pampered both by the dishes and by our waiter (ours since we were alone in the underground cellar). Everything was delicious, from the aperitif to the starter, the first course, the second courses, the pre-dessert and the final dessert. All refined and elaborate dishes with a superlative final result. The final gem, upon leaving the restaurant, was the greeting from the chef who specially came out of the kitchen and asked us if everything had gone well. In a venue of this level, receiving this treatment was truly exciting. Thank you very much for letting us live this little dream. Simply to try. Greetings from Paolo and Daniela

11/02/2025: I'll start my review by saying that the experience is definitely worth repeating. Refined and relaxing atmosphere. Very kind and discreet waiting staff. Balanced and very well presented dishes. The pigeon proposed with different cooking methods exceeded our expectations. Lots of choice on the wine list. Compliments to all the staff!
10/02/2025: We had the great fortune of trying this tavern a few evenings ago. The venue appears elegant and refined. The tables far apart from each other give the feeling of enjoying an intimate moment. The lighting in the very center of the table is beautiful, as if to underline the importance of the culinary experience and not of the surrounding environment, as if the table were the theater of great works. We tried the Vit.Ale tasting menu, which contains the more experimental spirit of the two chefs, with a pairing of three recommended glasses to match the dishes. Each course was truly an experience, strong and highly refined flavours, unthinkable but very well balanced combinations. Service for 10, all the girls in the room were excellent, both for the presentation of the dishes and wine and for the attention at all times, always present but never absolutely intrusive. Total cost €350. Really congratulations!
