I've been frequenting this restaurant for years, and it's always a confirmation. The cuisine is typically Piedmontese, carefully prepared and authentic, accompanied by an excellent selection of wines, including several local labels.
The owners, Mario and Cinzia, are delightful: Mario is always very kind and passionate in his explanations of the dishes and wines, while Cinzia is a welcoming hostess and an excellent cook. You can feel their love for cooking in every course.
I was there at Christmas and again yesterday: it never disappoints. The dishes are always beautifully presented.
My favorite appetizer is the eggplant timbale, while among the first courses, I can't pass up the rabaton, superb!
Cinzia's desserts deserve a special mention; they are irresistible.
A restaurant that has become a must-try over time and that I recommend to those who love authentic Piedmontese cuisine and those who want to know more about it!

A beautiful place with great attention to detail. The owners are kind and welcoming, and they love serving customers, explaining their dishes step by step. The food is typically Piedmontese and excellent. They don't push you to eat too much. Highly recommended! Convenient parking nearby.
