I've been frequenting this restaurant for years, and it's always a confirmation. The cuisine is typically Piedmontese, carefully prepared and authentic, accompanied by an excellent selection of wines, including several local labels. The owners, Mario and Cinzia, are delightful: Mario is always very kind and passionate in his explanations of the dishes and wines, while Cinzia is a welcoming hostess and an excellent cook. You can feel their love for cooking in every course. I was there at Christmas and again yesterday: it never disappoints. The dishes are always beautifully presented. My favorite appetizer is the eggplant timbale, while among the first courses, I can't pass up the rabaton, superb! Cinzia's desserts deserve a special mention; they are irresistible. A restaurant that has become a must-try over time and that I recommend to those who love authentic Piedmontese cuisine and those who want to know more about it!
