Historic sanctuary, it deserves a re-evaluation and I believe it should be taken into consideration that the level of visitors I found after years, much lower and with few presences.

Definitely worth recommending but more the old church. Of course a visit to the sanctuary of Padre Pio and prayer at his grave is a must.

In its original state, the server wasn't very professional, and didn't make much effort to communicate. Excellent mixed grills, as well as pizzas. For meat lovers, you can choose your meat(s) at the stall, just like at the butcher's. They even have exceptionally mature beef ribs. It's a shame that with the lack of language exchange, and despite Google translators and others, we weren't able to take advantage of it (it's up to us to learn Italian). Unbeatable price-wise.

I recommend it, a place worth visiting.
