I love this place as well as its real barbecue! with beef steak and pork sausage livers and skewer!! I always add a crescia and chicory sautéed in the pan!!! The location is unique, surrounded by nature among green meadows and waterfalls!!

True and authentic restaurant, you eat surrounded by greenery, 2 steps from the Cingoli waterfalls. It can be reached by traveling just over 1 km of dirt road. Smiling staff. The pappardelle with wild boar is excellent and the kebabs are delicious.

I'll start immediately with the clarification that the stars attributed are correlated to the type of restaurant (from my very personal point of view, very very very free-range!). Having said this, we ate very well, the strong point undoubtedly lies in the crescia, the leading actor of the place, an Oscar winner (we had some prepared in excess to take away... voluntarily delivered without seasoning to make them keep longer) , accompanied by cured meats, cheeses and sautéed herbs. Extremely kind and courteous staff, as well as very attentive ("awake...")!!!

Friends' table with crescia galore (clearly the house specialty), cured meats, mixed meats and vegetables.
Excellent dishes, in addition to the crescia, the kebabs and sautéed vegetables are recommended.
The vegetarian choices are limited to side dishes (there is lard in the crescia) but you don't regret it.
Spartan location but enhanced by its proximity to the Waterfalls. The road from the provincial Cingoli Apiro is a somewhat bumpy white road, it is better to be careful especially in the evening.

A leap into true Marche cuisine, rustic and typical.
We asked the waitress for advice, which was best for us, given that seeing the dishes that arrived, we were greedy and wanted everything.
We ate a delicious appetizer with crescents, cured meats, cheeses and vegetables, the latter truly exceptional.
The fabulous first courses have further raised the level, homemade and very fresh products.
Concluded in style with a beautiful mixed grill, accompanied by a delicious and fresh mixed salad.
Grilled lamb and liver, divine.
The only flaw was the bread which was not fresh and seemed frozen and freshly reheated.
Excellent value for money.

Posto meraviglioso con pranzo al ristorante la Crescia tipico Marchigiano. Porzioni abbondanti e di grande qualità . Tagliatelle fatte in casa e carne alla brace ottima il tutto accompagnato con la crescia di cingoli e del buon vino della casa. Personale attento e disponibile. Unico grosso neo da risolvere e’ la strada per raggiungere il luogo molto sconnessa e stretta se hai l’auto bassa come noi rischi di rompere tutto. Attenzione ⚠️ alla strada . Per il resto vale assolutamente la pena di andare e mangiare alla Crescia.

Abbiamo pranzato qui sotto la tettoia a pranzo. Si stava molto bene. Abbiamo preso la crescia, verdure alla griglia, tagliolini al tartufo e grigliata di carne. Tutto buonissimo! Tagliatelle abbondanti e con tantissimo tartufo, non si sono risparmiati, cosa molto apprezzabile. Grigliata buona e cotta al punto giusto. Consigliato per una gita fuori porta
