As soon as I entered the place, my first impression was of great order and cleanliness, nothing left to chance, everything meticulously arranged. An exceptional variety of flavors. I tried the fig one and it was a pleasure, an exceptional balance of flavors; it had been a long time since I'd tried it. A truly wonderful experience. I promise to repeat when I can.

We tasted excellent Sicilian granitas (lemon and almond) made with quality ingredients... real ingredients, not syrups or the like! The gelato was also very good. Must try!

Perfect ice cream and a warm welcome. Don't forget the crema (homemade whipped cream) and biscotti, which are included in the price of the ice cream! I recommend the Zuppa Inglese, which is making a comeback this year after a few years in purgatory.

I discovered this excellent ice cream shop a few nights ago while passing through on my way back from the beach. The pineapple and basil flavor is special. I recommend it, along with a stroll through the beautiful medieval streets of Tuscania.

26/12/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, but it's worth returning. Warm welcome, a cozy and pleasant atmosphere, and excellent background music. Delicious food, well-cooked, and generous portions. The quality of the ingredients is excellent and refined. How wonderful to find these places in Italian villages, where, unfortunately, it's not always easy to find quality at the right price these days. The price is perhaps slightly higher than average, but it's definitely worth it.
