As soon as I entered the place, my first impression was of great order and cleanliness, nothing left to chance, everything meticulously arranged. An exceptional variety of flavors. I tried the fig one and it was a pleasure, an exceptional balance of flavors; it had been a long time since I'd tried it. A truly wonderful experience. I promise to repeat when I can.

We tasted excellent Sicilian granitas (lemon and almond) made with quality ingredients... real ingredients, not syrups or the like! The gelato was also very good. Must try!

Perfect ice cream and a warm welcome. Don't forget the crema (homemade whipped cream) and biscotti, which are included in the price of the ice cream! I recommend the Zuppa Inglese, which is making a comeback this year after a few years in purgatory.

I discovered this excellent ice cream shop a few nights ago while passing through on my way back from the beach. The pineapple and basil flavor is special. I recommend it, along with a stroll through the beautiful medieval streets of Tuscania.

16/11/2025: We stopped here on our way back from Santa's Kingdom. It's a small place with seating, located in front of the archaeological park. Good quality, very fair price, you leave happy and with a full belly! Special mention to the very friendly owner!

14/09/2025: Beautiful place on Lake Bolsena. Amazing food and excellent service. It's a bit pricey, but fair for the quality of the food. The wine list is also good. The staff is excellent and service is quick.
