Very bare rooms, and not at all soundproofed. Good breakfast with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses. Very charming wine shop selling local products. Excellent location

🎄GO! 💜easy location for free parking outside ZTL zone and few minutes walk into old town 💜Clean room and self checkin available🙈 but long staircase and not good sound isolation

Great food. We ate spaghetti, brushiette and lasagna. Everything was great. Delicious, fresh, hot... Plus a great wine... What more could you want... Our two-year-old son, a picky eater, ate the entire portion of pasta with a fresh, velvety, aromatic sauce. A place worth visiting. We recommend :)))

Stopped for lunch, as it was conveniently located along the road. Very nice feel to it, but service was very slow. Food was tasty, but the portions are quite small - a bowl of beans that is supposed to be a main course felt more like a starter.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with wide choice. Well-kept rooms with excellent views of the Val di Chiana.

We enjoyed our stay here for one night. The room was nice, had air-con, and a view of the countryside. Breakfast was delicious! Friendly staff. Great location for walking around Montepulciano

14/01/2025: We went during the Christmas holidays to eat, there was a group playing and doing Karaoke, all this while we were eating, but the music was really too loud, we couldn't talk to the people at our table. Only discordant note! Not a pleasant evening, I was sorry, but I mentioned it anyway!
