A very nice and welcoming little restaurant in Montepulciano. We had an appetizer of excellent Tuscan crostini and delicious handmade pici with garlic! The owner was very kind, and Eric, whose service made us feel truly at home! Thank you!

I think the reviews I've read aren't true. The staff was courteous and helpful with our every need. The dishes arrived fairly quickly and were plentiful. The price was average. Recommended

Last-minute lunch. They welcome customers even late (2:00 PM, for example). Attentive staff. They served the kids quickly. The red pizza was good. The lasagna was good too. I had the trofie with a tasty sauce. My husband had the tagliata disposizione (the tagliata had tomatoes and parmesan on the sides). The bathroom was clean. Well done!

Very nice and quiet atmosphere, excellent service, kind, polite and helpful staff and excellent quality of food both for the handmade pasta and the quality of the excellent meat that I recommend you try, I will definitely be back

In my opinion, the reviews are overly negative. The pizza is good, the meat isn't the best, but it's good. The homemade desserts are excellent. The service is fast and courteous. Overall, I'd say the food is good.

Locale molto carino,cibo buonissimo e servizio ottimo, ho mangiato una bruschetta condita con olio di produzione loro, degli ottimi pici al vino fatti in casa, bevuto un vino rosso sempre prodotto da loro e assaggiato dei cantucci di loro produzione, il servizio è stato veloce e professionale

Locale molto particolare che ti dà il benvenuto al borgo di Montepulciano, abbiamo deciso di mangiare una fiorentina molto buona, nota di merito al Sig. Pasquale, che ha fatto sentire me e la mia famiglia molto a nostro agio, torneremo sicuramente!

12/10/2025: We were in town for our wedding, and for our first evening dinner we wanted to treat our guests to authentic Italian pizza. La Pergola was on our minds from the moment we decided to have our wedding in Radicondoli, as our plan was always to share delicious pizza with everyone on the first night. The owners of La Pergola were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even with our large order. They delivered some of the best pizza we had during our trip — truly 5-star flavors! All of our guests absolutely loved it, and every slice was gone by the end of the night. Although we didn’t have the chance to dine in and enjoy the beautiful views of the restaurant, we’ll definitely come back to experience it next time. Highly recommended! 04/08/2025: A pleasant and well-maintained hotel offering a comfortable stay. However, the pricing feels somewhat excessive given the overall value provided. The location is adequate, though noticeably removed from the city's more vibrant and desirable attractions, which may pose a slight inconvenience for those wishing to explore the area more easily.
24/07/2025: Parking is available on site. Luggage is delivered to and from the room by a service. The complex consists of a 12th-century monastery and other outbuildings. The room is large, clean, and well-equipped. Personally, I missed having a wardrobe to unpack my suitcase. However, we were there for almost a week. Most visitors only stay two to three nights. The outdoor pool is absolutely fantastic. There are plenty of loungers, as long as they aren't double-booked by Americans (sun and shade). We didn't use the rest of the spa area; we were always out and about. The staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast is served on the terrace in good weather, and the selection is good. Now for the negatives: the dinner could definitely be better in terms of quality. We tried the food twice and were disappointed both times. The steak was tough for us, and the steak was tough for the next table two days later. One even went back to the kitchen. My pasta with ragu tasted more like a snack bar. I've been passionate about cooking authentic Italian food for years. I buy authentic Italian products. The food was a complete disappointment. We hadn't expected anything different. We weren't even asked for our opinion at checkout. Nobody seemed to care. Summary: Top-notch facilities and staff, dinner in the village or on the go.
