Hidden jewel within the historic alleys of Genoa. Small place, a mix of elegant and rustic. Tasted the basil pesto - the authentic Genoese one - the best I've ever tried in my life. I couldn't help but ask for an extra bowl of pesto, accompanied with focaccia and croutons. Impossible to resist. The rest is also excellent. Typically we tried the panigacci, always with pesto, and the seared calamari on a bed of potatoes. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Bonus also for the very kind owner who explained to us in detail how to prepare the pesto in the mortar, as the Genoese tradition dictates.

We often go there to eat: you can taste excellent Ligurian cuisine. I recommend dishes with mushrooms which I am fond of. Friendly staff and fair prices.

We came across this restaurant by chance (looking for another). The outdoor seating area looked appealing in the evening. The food was so excellent - particularly the half lobster with pasta and the tower of seafood, avocado and potato. Also the tiramisu was voted best in Italy by my family.

À deux pas de l’aquarium, idéal pour une pause gourmande. La carte est soignée le service attentionné. On reviendra !!!

Offered with a few carefully prepared dishes but in which the flavors are lost. The space in the square is nice.

03/09/2024: Locale molto bello e accogliente. Personale molto attento alle esigenze del cliente e gentile. Non essendoci mai stati prima, abbiamo voluto provare la pizza al metro che si è rivelata una piacevolissima sorpresa......veramente ottima e ben condita. Molto gentile anche la signora alla cassa che ci ha assegnato il tavolo, accogliendoci nel migliore dei modi. Ne ho parlato ad amici e abbiamo programmato di ritornarci a breve. A presto Rocco
20/08/2024: Pizza ottima, servizio veloce ed efficiente e dolce pazzescamente buono. Ci sono molti coperti quindi il locale non è particolarmente silenzioso ma ciò non intacca la qualità della cena a mio parere. Prezzi un po' più alti della media ma giustificati dagli ottimi piatti e materie prime
