Warm atmosphere, attentive and sincere service. We ate well, really well. The quality of the products, from the olive oil to the cured meats and meats, was top notch. We'll definitely be back.

Business lunch, happened by chance, really nice experience! Zero km food for all tastes, even vegetarian dishes. Everything very good and good service, fast and kind. Open kitchen and clean bathrooms. I recommend it.

Traditional tavern with few dishes but well-prepared and above all tasty, excellent choice of wines. Nice and informal atmosphere, very kind and friendly staff. Exceptional sliced ​​picanha. Highly recommended!

Trattoria Al Pompiere

28/06/2025: The food is made with quality ingredients but lacks balance (e.g., too much tonnato sauce on the vitello). We paid an extra 5 euros for black truffle on our mushroom pasta, and we didn't see, taste, or smell any truffles. The staff is "functional" and probably bored with tourists. There was no goodbye despite the tip.
19/06/2025: One of my favorite places on my trip to Italy. I had the best risotto I've ever had and a delicious ragu. The service was excellent and the atmosphere very pleasant. I was also surprised by their extensive wine menu, with options for all tastes. I recommend making a reservation, as I went without one and had to wait a bit for a table, but it was totally worth it. It's a very busy place, and for good reason.
