Friendly staff, attentive but not intrusive, fast and attentive.
Clean room and bathroom, in a classic style and a little away from "modern" but still very welcoming with a "grandma's house" effect. They have air conditioning which makes lunch pleasant.
We ordered two first courses of tagliolini... As expected, normal "grandma's house" pasta, good tagliolini, cooked well, plentiful and seasoned without exaggeration of seasoning.
The price is right, normal.
We glimpsed a nice wood-fired oven for pizzas.

We ate well: excellent first courses and homemade desserts. Friendly and efficient service. Location a bit rustic but overall the experience was good.

Friendly staff, they make you feel at home. Very good pizza...but they need to learn to be precise with waiting times. They told us that there was a bit of a wait for the pizzas... but we waited more than an hour... better to be clear at the beginning so the customer knows what to expect. If the restaurant is full, perhaps it is better not to take takeaway orders. Maybe a little more organization wouldn't hurt

Great food, but service very slow. Took an hour to place my diner order and getting finally some attention, took a real effort and was annoying for time spend with my guests. Although I like the food very much, it’s overpriced and after the last experience, I won’t visit this restaurant anymore.

Al termine della tappa della Via Romea Germanica, Ravenna Santa Sofia, mi sono rifocillato in questo ristorante e sono stato accolto cordialità e gentilezza. Cibo di qualità e prezzi onesti.

It's an old-fashioned restaurant where you have lunch starting at midday, it feels like you're at home, you feel the familiarity without sophistry!
Then small cappelletti, tortellini too, the meat cooked well, nothing special, but homemade and done well.
It's all very simple and I really like it

I ordered a grilled meat and it was overcooked and tough, it seemed more reheated than freshly made, the side dish was passable and the only positive thing was the tiramisu
