Giving this restaurant less than 5 stars would be a crime. Eating this well is truly rare. Expert hands have prepared this food. Sisina is a heritage worth preserving; she has golden hands. Authentic cuisine, extinct flavors... They still exist here. It seems incredible, but it's all true: everything is homemade and made only with local products. Some might call them "simple flavors," but I call them RARE flavors, hard to find. Kudos to this extraordinary place, which makes everything else seem "ordinary." Bravo, Sisina!

Excellent cuisine using local products
from their tradition. They offer a fixed menu for €35. We were already full with the appetizers, but the two first courses were also delicious. The grilled meat was a bit disappointing (too dry), but overall, everything was good and authentic. The waitress was very kind and attentive.

There's not much to say about Sisina. She's simply extraordinary, both as a woman and as a host. For us, coming to Basilicata is impossible without stopping here. The commitment and passion with which they cook every time at extremely reasonable prices is a pleasure. It's like stepping back in time. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

A couple of motorcyclists on vacation to visit the gullies made reservations well in advance, and on a Monday, we were the only ones in the dining room—a delightful silence! Almost as if they'd opened just for us, we were greeted by the charming 82-year-old owner who began bringing us all the specialties, truly satisfying and of high quality. It's certainly not a restaurant where you can choose, but perhaps that's why we liked it! As people from Abruzzo, this is the norm in the hinterland, so we were already used to situations like this. The important thing is to be satisfied—after all, the €35 fixed menu is very reasonable for the portions served!

Siamo stati lì in quattro ..una delusione ....x iniziare un piatto a testa di salumi contati con una mozzarella sopra ..una ciotolina con una frittatina una con melanzane e una con patate fatte come un soufflé e un piatto con cipolle e salume tagliato a dadini ..poi un piatto di arrosto di maiale tutto da dividere in quattro anche la pasta mista con funghi ..(non di stagione) il vino travasato da bottiglioni di plastica ...e nel menù c'era scritto misto carne arrosto che non e' arrivato.. peccato xchè il locale e pulito e il servizio è buono ..ma niente peperoni crusca o altro di locale ..il dolce non c'era e x frutta uva sempre da dividere in quattro.peccato...

Tornerei in questo ristorante perché la cucina è molto buona con piatti della tradizione e pasta fatta in casa.
Sarebbero gradite più spiegazioni dei piatti .
Menu unico a 30 euro con 8 antipasti molto buoni, un primo, un secondo con contorno, frutta e caffè .
La titolare cuoca molto gentile e disponibile a chiarimenti sui piatti.
