I have no words to describe the evening spent here. I am writing on behalf of three people: myself and two friends. We were welcomed in a masterful way, Luigi and Sisina opened the restaurant for us even if we were alone. They fed and entertained us all evening. I heartily recommend the recipes with bran peppers. It is now rare to find places like this, where catering is seen as a profession that is a source of pride. Highly recommended to anyone who will have it

We pleasantly return to Aliano, a wedding favor village😍
Visit to Carlo Levi's border house museum, with highly trained and very friendly guides and an unmissable lunch with Signora Sisina who delighted us with her simple but very tasty delicacies.

I only had dinner there 5 evenings. Everything excellent. Food, service. Maximum welcome and kindness. Having not stayed there I cannot evaluate the rooms.

I was there almost 2 months ago. After visiting Aliano, a very interesting place and the tomb of Carlo Levi, we went to eat at Mrs. Sisina's in Aliano. Nice place and polite staff. Lunch was fantastic with the many courses of starters, we were already full but we finished everything anyway. In the end we met Mrs. Sisina, a great, sweet and very nice woman who even took a selfie with us
We promised him that we would return often and willingly.

Finalmente una cucina semplice con ottimi prodotti del territorio.
Menù fisso ma assolutamente onesto, con 5 antipasti caldi ed eccellenti, un primo di orecchiette fatte da loro con peperoni cruschi abbondanti e croccanti, ed arrosto misto con ottima insalata.
Che piacere poi assaggiare per la prima volta un uva di forma lunga (capezzoli della mucca in idioma locale), servita con cubetti di ghiaccio.
Acqua, vino e caffè a 30€ cadauno: ancora complimenti 👍👏👏👏

In questo posto “mangiare” significa sentirsi vicino ad una storia che non hai mai vissuto ma che qualcuno cerca di raccontarti con il cuore e genuinità.
Assolutamente consigliata, preparate le papille degustative e anche il cuore per assaporare tutto.
