A very cute and well-kept little trattoria, the food is excellent. Reservations are required due to limited seating, but recommended.

Upon entering, you should know you're entering a family-run restaurant serving home-cooked food. The owner isn't known for his flamboyance, but he's genuinely authentic, like everything on the menu. Snobs and critics should refrain. Bottom line: either you love it and appreciate it, or you hate it and avoid it!

The food was good, but in a place of any prestige, you can't go without half a glass of sparkling water from the fridge. I was told: "I only have cold tap water," and that's not good enough for me. For dessert, I chose the Sicilian cannoli. He presented me with three mini frozen cannoli made with hard puff pastry, and that wasn't good either. I asked for a glass of red wine and he replied: "I have a sweet and another one open, the name of which I don't remember." But what does "open" mean? In any place, they'll open any bottle for you, even if it's just for a glass. Too bad, it wasn't a very edifying experience, considering the bill.
