20/05/2025: After trying countless pizzerias across Olbia, Ciao Bella easily stood out as the crown jewel of our culinary journey. The moment you take a bite of their pizza, you know you’ve found something special. The crust is absolutely perfect—thin, crisp on the outside, soft and chewy inside, with that slight wood-fired char that pizza dreams are made of. Their tomato sauce is rich, vibrant, and clearly made with high-quality, sun-ripened tomatoes—flavorful enough to be unforgettable but balanced to let the other ingredients shine.
But what truly makes Ciao Bella more than just a place to eat is the exceptional staff. They are not only friendly and attentive—they actually remember you when you come back, welcoming you like an old friend. There’s a wonderful woman from Poland on the team who was a highlight of our visits: kind, efficient, and with a genuine warmth that made us feel at home every time. Her presence was one of the main reasons we returned more than once. Her name is: Patrycja
