A special evening with great food and excellent service performed by a very good waitress… Mrs Maria.

Excellent experience, very friendly staff, a very welcoming place, good food, and a wonderful atmosphere in the outdoor garden. We were also offered a ginger liqueur at the end of the dinner, which was much appreciated.

The food is simply delicious, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients that enhance each dish with authentic flavors. The staff is extremely courteous and attentive, always ready to accommodate customers' needs with a smile. The welcome is warm and familiar, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at home. A place I absolutely recommend for those seeking good food and hospitality. This evening we were served by Maria, a very kind woman who gave us excellent advice!

A charming spot on the outskirts of Galatina, ideal for a late summer evening. We chose to dine al fresco, nestled in a charming citrus grove that offers a unique atmosphere, made even more pleasant by the smiling, attentive, and surprisingly thoughtful staff: our every need was met on the fly, with ease and professionalism. The pizzas we enjoyed were simply delicious: light dough, fresh and abundant ingredients, rich and generous toppings that captivate from the first bite. The dishes at the neighboring tables were no less inviting: first courses released irresistible aromas and were presented so beautifully that they immediately made you want to try them. The prices are in line with the quality offered, and the general and unjustified price increases are not cheap. Ultimately, a place worth discovering and savoring to the fullest. Personally, I would return without hesitation... and I'm eager to try the rest of the menu.

The interior and exterior are very beautiful, clean, and well-kept. Service is fast and professional. The food is good, and they even have lactose-free ice cream! I recommend it to everyone.

5 stars are truly insufficient for the Conceria di Galatina! It deserves many, many more! The location offers, in addition to the beautiful and expansive interior space, a large and majestic garden where enjoying the excellent food becomes an added bonus! Excellent and tasty dishes, from appetizers to first courses, and so on. The pizzas are truly extraordinary, with a variety of unique doughs making them a delight for the palate! The friendliness, helpfulness, and kindness of the staff offer excellent customer service! I HIGHLY recommend the Conceria di Galatina to anyone looking for something SUPER!

5 stars! The restaurante was recommended by a friend. We were staying in Gallipoli and drive the 20mins out to Galatina. I am glad we did. The restaurante was full of locals which is a great sign. The staff were friendly, the service was great and the food was excellent. The setting out the back is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Truly excellent dinner! Attentive service, elegant and refined atmosphere. The meat was top-quality, and the outdoor space was truly charming. An experience definitely worth repeating!

Sono rammaricata nel dover recensire negativamente la seconda volta in questa pizzeria. Se c’è una seconda volta è perché la prima è stata soddisfacente e positiva. Ma purtroppo una terza non ci sarà! Non solo per me, ma per un gruppo di amici che esce solitamente in 12/15 persone. Prenotazione 20:30, seduti a tavola alle 21:00 e cenato alle 22:00 con degli ottimi frittini. Attendiamo le 6 pizze , perché le altre 2 arrivano mentre gli altri hanno quasi finito. Il nostro tavolo ricavato sull’uscio del locale con la porta d’entrata aperta 10 volte al minuto e di conseguenza aria fredda su noi e sulle pizze. Attenzione verso il cliente livello 0 , nonostante il nostro reclamo per un piccolo inconveniente riguardo ad una pizza gluten free (in cui si richiede ancor di più attenzione) fatta viaggiare tra cucina e tavolo almeno 4 volte. Cucina e sala si presuppone dovrebbero comunicare e la cucina pertanto preparare ciò che il cliente sceglie dal vostro menù. Qui si parla di una pizza definita dallo stesso cameriere “senza niente” proprio perché arrivata la prima volta al tavolo nuda e cruda. Saltiamo il discorso gusto ma il costo NO . 14€ per una mini pizzetta scongelata, messa in forno e aggiunto qua e là due ciuffetti di stracciatella in mancanza di stracchino e rucola non pervenuta. Non consiglierei questo posto, almeno non il sabato sera. Peccato perché la prima volta, qualche mese fa, mi aveva fatto un’ottima impressione. Prendete meno prenotazioni e coccolateli i vostri clienti. Buon lavoro

Bel posto, ci siamo trovati veramente bene, ottime le pizze e i frittini. Magari a prestare più attenzione al cliente e non solo al fatto di prendere gli ordini. Il cliente va coccolato.
