An impeccable experience from start to finish.
We had lunch during the Amatriciana festival and were impressed by the attention to detail.
The staff was attentive without ever being intrusive.
The modern restaurant was very charming, and I should point out that the chairs are EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE.
The first courses (Amatriciana and Gricia) were divine, as were the second courses (skewers with baked potatoes and sliced beef with arugula, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan) made with quality ingredients. As for the desserts (fig tart, apple strudel), they were a delight.
We'll definitely be back!

What can I say about this wonderful restaurant? The food is beyond delicious, the service is super efficient, and the staff is incredibly friendly. A thumbs up for the "young" Masterchef!

Aside from the extremely kind and helpful lady in the dining room, we ate really well and the price was excellent. I highly recommend it.

We went for Sunday lunch with my partner.
What can I say? The lady who served us was incredibly kind. The quality of the food was excellent and, above all, authentic. Local, fresh seasonal products.
We brought my dog, who was also welcomed with great love.
We'll definitely be back!!!

The food is simply excellent. Traditional dishes, genuine and authentic flavors.
What makes the experience unforgettable, however, is the treatment of the lady who welcomes guests (I assume the owner). She is exceptionally kind, warm, and attentive, creating a delightful, family-like atmosphere.
I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking the true essence of Amatriciana cuisine combined with old-world hospitality.
