My partner and I stopped by this restaurant by chance. Simple, but with attention to every detail. La tristezza che si prova nel transitare per quel che resta di Amatrice viene messa subito da parte quando si ha il piacere di pranzare in un ristorante come La Conca. La cordialita', la simpatia e la disponibilita' dei titolari (ci hanno svelato i segreti per fare una buona amatriciana a casa) hanno emozionato e fatto comprendere la grande volonta' e forza d'animo che li guida. Amatriciana, gricia, cacio e pepe, affettati di salumi e formaggi e costolette d'agnello tutte pietanze eccezionali per sapori e preparazione. Ottimo rapporto qualita-prezzo.

Siamo andati ad Amatrice per assaggiare la Amatriciana nel luogo d’origine. Ci siamo recati al ristorante dopo aver sondato Tripadvisor e viste le ottime recensioni abbiamo deciso di prenotare per pranzo. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. La mascotte è il nonno, classe 1937, da 74 anni in cucina! Ci hanno accolti con una bruschetta con pomodoro. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto: tagliere con salumi e formaggio e fagioli con le cotiche. Primi: piatto di pasta metà gricia e metà amatriciana sia spaghetti sia delle orecchiette fatte in casa. Secondi: costolette di agnello impanate e fritte + arrosticini. Dolce: torta cioccolato e torta cioccolato e noci + caffè. Servizio veloce. Consigliatissimo. Il nonno è patrimonio di Amatrice e dell’umanità!
