Recommended by a friend, we had lunch at this lovely inn located downtown along one of the canals in beautiful Comacchio.
The fish appetizers were truly delicious, and the white eel risotto was truly exquisite...all topped with an excellent Greco di Tufo wine, and to finish, a delicious zuppa inglese.
The prices aren't cheap, but the quality and service are impeccable.

We were recommended this lovely restaurant by a local employee: the service is attentive, the food is exquisitely prepared locally and to a high standard. The interior, with its historical maps and photographs, is wonderful.

La Comacina is a must-visit in Comacchio for those seeking authenticity and quality.
Located in the heart of the historic center, this traditional restaurant has been a regular stop for us for years. The ingredients are always incredibly fresh, with the fish reaching truly excellent levels.
Among the dishes not to be missed are the cold marinated appetizers: delicate, balanced, and prepared with great care. We also enjoyed the scallops and mussels au gratin, truly exquisite, and the grilled turbot, which deserves applause for its flavor and perfect cooking.
Here you won't find the usual tourist restaurant, but a cuisine that continues to showcase tradition with flavor and respect for the raw ingredients. Well done.

Very nice place in the historic center on the water. Very nice staff, there is an elevator. The room is large with a refrigerator and a kettle. They even give you a bathrobe and slippers. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. You can hear the church bells and it's stunning. Very quiet and the beds are very comfortable. Only the hot water is not boiling enough in our opinion. The food in their restaurant is really delicious

Serata indimenticabile….cibo da leccarsi i baffi!!! Ingredienti super freschi e una frittura di pesce e verdurine da standig ovation… croccante, saporita e leggera, tra le migliori mai provatele!! Anche i dolci…sublimi!!!
A rendere tutto ancora più piacevole, l’ospitalità calorosa del personale, di una gentilezza rara…La location davvero suggestiva: nel cuore di Comacchio, un posticino davvero delizioso, con una splendida vista sul canale e come ciliegina sulla torta della serata: la sfilata del Carnevale sull’acqua!!! Atmosfera magica e accoglienza da 10 e lode!!! Ci torneremo sicuramente anche a dormire nella Locanda!! Ci ha soddisfatto in pieno !

Locale molto grazioso, carino il battello con i tavoli esterni, ma molto piacevole e tranquilla la sala interna, gradevolmente fresca.
La persona che ci ha accolti ci ha illustrato le varie proposte, consigliandoci per il meglio. Ottimo il servizio, con un ragazzo ed una ragazza veramente molto bravi.
Tutti i piatti molto buoni, con prodotti freschissimi cucinati in modo perfetto.
