Good Roman cuisine even if you are not in Rome. Young, Italian chefs. Very nice and clean place.

Stayed for a long weekend in July. Magical, quiet place nestled in the hills of Maremma, you can't hear a car and no noise except that of the birds. No mosquitoes or particularly annoying insects. Excellent exterior care. The rooms and exteriors have also been recently renovated. The rooms could be improved for soundproofing but honestly if there are polite people it is overcome. Worth noting is the floor-mounted air conditioning which gives a better sensation than the classic one. For the cuisine and products, well what can I say is unique and sublime. Three days to relax and not think about anything! Well, this is the perfect place to be able to pamper yourself in every way, from the location to the food! Swimming pool surrounded by greenery and this farmhouse with attention to the smallest details will make you lose your mind! The staff is kind, welcoming and prepared as well as being all kind-hearted people, from the owner Alberto to Francesco and Patrizia, fantastic people. I highly recommend it and we will be back to try other tasty dishes. Thank you

We had lunch in this place surrounded by greenery. Hypnotic exteriors, rustic interiors with a modern twist. Really good home-produced cured meats, first courses and second courses of the highest quality. Friendly and professional staff. I can only say that we will definitely be back.

Excellent Florentine dinner, up to par and served well

I was there on a weekend with my partner and we spent two wonderful days, an enchanting place in the open countryside even if we didn't find good weather but we found Mr Alberto and a very kind person who made us feel at ease . Very clean rooms, the food is very good, the structure also benefits from the swimming pool and there is a very scenic lake. What can I say..... we'll be back!!!!!
