Not the usual Tuscan cuisine: an exceptional menu that combines classic dishes, such as pappardelle with wild boar, with particular and refined proposals. I tried the spaghetti with saffron and ossobuco and the duck breast, both excellent, but the menu could change. What is perhaps missing is a broader range of vegetable dishes or side dishes. Wide choice of local and non-local wines.

Recommended by friends, we went for lunch on a Saturday after having booked. Really very good dishes and very well presented. Fantastic dish of the day, tagliolini with sage with chicken livers and onion sauce. Nice atmosphere, fast service and courteous and helpful wait staff. Reservation recommended.

An explosion of flavors in your mouth This restaurant is magic the chef deserves a star❤️ When we got to dessert I wanted to make up for it from the first one😅🤣 wonderful thank you we will be back soon

Excellent dinner, all dishes very satisfying in both quality and quantity. In particular, the spaghetti with sour butter, saffron and ossobuco are truly surprising and delicious. The drinks and service were also excellent. The low price for the quality offered, I will return soon. Well done

The best restaurant in recent years. There were 6 of us and we were all very satisfied despite having chosen different dishes. Nice, clean environment with a pleasant taste. The welcome and service were impeccable. The exceptional food: refined, tasty, well-plated dishes. The search for excellent raw materials and the balance between the ingredients is underlined. Thank you chef Duccio!! Highly recommended!!

Excellent cuisine. Impeccable service. For those who love meat and cured meats it is the best. The place was recommended to me directly by the "Bottega" of Boccheggiano which supplies, practically at Km0, butcher's products and cured meats of its own production. Highly recommended...

Cucina meravigliosa e ingredienti di prima qualità. Tutto buonissimo e genuino come al solito. Nulla da criticare, solo da elogiare. Inutile soffermarsi sui singoli piatti, qualunque cosa scegli non sbagli. Complimenti allo chef e all'aiuto chef pasticciere. Cortesia e gentilezza del servizio.

Location: cena tranquilla all'aperto nella zona piscina con pergolati. Menu: ricercato e di gusto. Ottimo il dessert di formaggi. Servizio: cordiale e disponibile. Prezzo: nella media Consigliato.

16/01/2025: I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Le Macinaie and I cannot help but express my gratitude for the wonderful experience I had. Special thanks go to Mr. Enrico, the owner of the hotel, for his extraordinary helpfulness and courtesy. But I can't forget to also mention all the staff: from the receptionists, to the restaurant staff, up to the cleaning ladies. Everyone contributed to making our stay truly special, demonstrating attention and care that made us feel at ease. The atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and the service impeccable, which makes this property a place to recommend without hesitation. If you are looking for a nice and affectionate place, Hotel Le Macinaie is definitely the right choice. Thanks again to everyone, in particular to Mr. Enrico for his great availability. Warm greetings to everyone and congratulations for the excellent work! See you soon.

23/12/2024: We stayed one night. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Perfect dinner and breakfast. Excellent quality mattresses and pillows, we slept really well. Very helpful in managing the dog in the facility. Located in the hinterland, in a small but characteristic village and with the necessary services (Pharmacy, Supermarket, shops, etc). Highly recommended!!!
21/12/2024: Very nice and friendly hostess. Good room. Everything TOP. Good and tasty breakfast. Parking options right in front of the door. The view from the breakfast table cannot be beat. We will definitely and happily come back.
