Not the usual Tuscan cuisine: an exceptional menu that combines classic dishes, such as pappardelle with wild boar, with particular and refined proposals. I tried the spaghetti with saffron and ossobuco and the duck breast, both excellent, but the menu could change. What is perhaps missing is a broader range of vegetable dishes or side dishes. Wide choice of local and non-local wines.

Recommended by friends, we went for lunch on a Saturday after having booked.
Really very good dishes and very well presented.
Fantastic dish of the day, tagliolini with sage with chicken livers and onion sauce.
Nice atmosphere, fast service and courteous and helpful wait staff.
Reservation recommended.

Excellent dinner, all dishes very satisfying in both quality and quantity. In particular, the spaghetti with sour butter, saffron and ossobuco are truly surprising and delicious. The drinks and service were also excellent. The low price for the quality offered, I will return soon. Well done

The best restaurant in recent years. There were 6 of us and we were all very satisfied despite having chosen different dishes. Nice, clean environment with a pleasant taste. The welcome and service were impeccable. The exceptional food: refined, tasty, well-plated dishes. The search for excellent raw materials and the balance between the ingredients is underlined. Excellent cuisine. Impeccable service. For those who love meat and cured meats it is the best. The place was recommended to me directly by the "Bottega" of Boccheggiano which supplies, practically at Km0, butcher's products and cured meats of its own production. Highly recommended...
