I came to this elegant restaurant in Porcia for the second time, this time for lunch. The location is very welcoming and elegantly sober. The staff is really professional and kind, as well as attentive and prompt. My friend and I chose the fixed menu, which is very varied as it offers a variety of both meat and fish dishes. The prices are adequate for the environment and on average for restaurants of this level (21 euros each). I must say that I was a little disappointed by the first course (spaghetti with scallops) which was a little poorly mixed, almost done in a hurry and, in such an environment, I didn't expect it, but I gladly forgive the flaw: in the evening it was in fact everything turned out perfect (about two years ago). The starter (based on scallops, bacon and green beans) and the tiramisu were excellent, prepared with mascarpone foam and therefore lighter (although I personally will always prefer the classic to this). Definitely recommended.

Ristorante elegante con elementi della tradizione e quadri d’arte alle pareti. Servizio competente e simpatico, carta dei vini con alcune eccellenze e prezzi molto convenienti. Noi abbiamo scelto un Barolo di Rocche dei Manzoni 2013 ad un prezzo estremamente contenuto. Cucina valida, io ho scelto polentina con granchio e per seguire una bistecca di sotto filetto con patate. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono, un ristorante che consiglio.l a Pordenone.

La Ciotola di Porcia is that place where I go alone for work reasons and where every time I feel welcomed and pampered as rarely happens. The owner's welcome is friendly and familiar right from the telephone booking. The staff is attentive, thoughtful and with a kindness you want to remember. The kitchen? A beautiful journey of authentic, refined and genuine flavours. I always come back with pleasure. Thank you. Have fun!
