Tried for the first time, this restaurant, hidden behind a vending machine, is a surprise, especially once you cross the threshold: from the outside it might seem anonymous, but inside it reveals a pleasant Scandinavian style, featuring light woods and understated lines that create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine is undoubtedly the strong point. The menu is neither over-the-top nor cheap: a few local specialties, well-executed and prepared with top-quality ingredients. The portions aren't large, but they are balanced, and the consistency of the offerings—confirmed by previous reviews—is an added bonus. The prices are fair and perfectly in line with the quality offered. The service, initially a bit rushed and distant (probably due to the arrival of other tables at the same time), later proved to be friendly and empathetic. The coffee was also good, a pleasant end to the experience. A place that leaves a positive impression and one we'll gladly return to if necessary.

Trattoria associated with a gas station on the Via Emilia. I'd passed by many times and decided to stop. You expect a place from the past. The atmosphere is pleasant. The cuisine is good, offering traditional dishes without any extravagance. The decor is typical of a trattoria: napkins, not tablecloths. The service is acceptable. The menu honestly lists the prices. It's not cheap. It makes you think of old-fashioned cuisine, with generous portions. The portion sizes, however, are limited, almost nouvelle cuisine-style. The prices are high for the amount served and commensurate with the elegance you might not expect from this type of trattoria.

This place is a must-try, whether for a quick lunch or a Sunday brunch. The menu is always interesting and the dishes are excellent.

We went to La Ciliegina and the experience was truly impeccable. We tried the delicate and flavorful tortellini with parmesan cream, the perfectly balanced roast beef with chicory sautéed in garlic and chili pepper, and the expertly cooked rack of lamb: everything was simply delicious. The service was superb, attentive and friendly, with that authentic touch that only a family of generations of restaurateurs can convey. The ingredients are fresh and carefully selected, and every dish reflects passion and expertise. A gastronomic experience worth repeating: highly recommended! 🍷✨

The food was truly excellent; even though it was fully booked, they found us a seat and didn't force us to stay within the time limit. The prices were truly too low for the excellent quality of the meals. The only flaw, but a definite one, is the nearby gas station, which somewhat spoils the outdoor ambiance. The menu, in addition to being very affordable (grilled for €13 and packages for €11), was also quite varied, albeit with relatively few dishes. Overall, a great restaurant and cuisine.
