La Ciciasa In Vische

Dinner on 01/08/2024 Butcher shop during the day, grill shop in the evening. An ambivalent soul for this small venue, divided into two environments, one corresponding to the actual shop and the other, external, protected by glass, a little too noisy and not adequately air-conditioned, thanks to the small space. Quality meat (Piedmontese beef) available in numerous ways: we ordered a grilled dish, plentiful but not very moist, a round of meat pizza (available in different ways, original and appreciated), generously stuffed bruschettone with peppers and bagna caoda, a cutting board qualitatively satisfactory, a decent cut, a little too fibrous, a grilled tomino and two raw meats with egg. Wine list suited to the type of venue. Very courteous but not diligent service, certainly not the fault of the waitress who, in fact, runs like a top between the tables. Overall, although we cannot declare ourselves dissatisfied, the place is not worth the hour-long journey for those who, like us, come from Turin. Not a cheap bill but all in all adequate for the quality of the meat (less, in my opinion, for its preparation). In summary: quality meat, in some preparations the cooking could be perfected and, at least on the evening of our visit, acoustic and climatic comfort to be reviewed. Rating: 7

Everything excellent. We tried the all you can eat meat, and it was all delicious. They brought us four courses, all different, the meat was excellent and genuine. The delicious homemade desserts. Fast table service and the girl who served us was very kind and attentive. The owner was friendly and very kind. We'll be back!

Prima volta alla ciciasa. Ne avevo già sentito parlare ma non ero mai stata qua.. Ambiente familiare, personale gentile e molto disponibile. Mangiare ottimo, di qualità e la pizza di carne, la loro specialità, DEVASTANTE. (L’impasto è fatto di sola carne direttamente dalla loro macelleria, che si trova all’interno del locale con condimenti a piacere) Super consigliato!! Grazie a tutti!
