On our way back from Milan to Udine, we visited this restaurant, intrigued by the positive reviews. Our experience was very pleasant, a dinner to remember... I highly recommend it, a must-visit for anyone in the area!

We ate here today completely by chance, and what can I say? It was an experience. You should definitely try it if you're ever in the area. It's fantastic, and the service is incredibly friendly. It's also great value for money. So make a note!

the menu has changed since the last time we came (February), it remains simple but of great quality, very good and refined dishes, you can see that there is an in-depth study behind it waiters are kind, friendly, super nice and professional, even in the display of wines excellent quality-price ratio, perfect quantities

Locale simpatico e giovanile, ambiente luminoso, piatti molto gustosi, personale attento e gentile. Attraente il bancone di gastronomia all'ingresso. Prezzi decisamente ragionevoli. Forse un po' rumoroso, ma accettabile.

Atmosfera perfetta, ambiente accogliente, servizio impeccabile con personale competente e gentile. Hanno descritto i piatti con passione dimostrando grande conoscenza. Spinechile Resort

28/07/2025: Spinechile is a truly special place. The location is stunning, surrounded by greenery, with a tiny dining room and a window offering a breathtaking view of the valley. The atmosphere is elegant but not at all cold; you immediately feel at ease. The cuisine is creative, made with incredible ingredients, and every dish is a surprise. Some pairings are bold but incredibly well-executed. The service is impeccable, attentive but never pretentious. It's one of those experiences you'll remember, where you realize there's so much thought and passion behind it. Highly recommended if you want a truly unique dinner experience.
27/07/2025: The restaurant always lives up to its Michelin star. The view is wonderful and the peace reigns. The restaurant is always well-maintained and the service excellent. The 8-course menu (alchemy) is spectacular in my opinion. I will definitely be back.
