Yesterday I was intrigued by the very nice posts you published, my wife and I really had a great time, good guys, you can see a search for the raw materials served with great professionalism and kindness... the only advice I can give you is to serve the wine directly from the bottle to the table... for the rest, continue like this 👍

We appreciated the kindness of the staff, the head nurse in particular. The traditional dishes are very good, others seemed to us to be experiments that were not exactly successful. For example, the Roman artichoke.
By the way, the names assigned to dishes make less sense if they don't correspond to what they bring to mind. This applies for example to cantucci and cicchetti.

I feel like giving 5 stars for a place that shows so much attention to the customer and to the selection of raw materials! We took a cutting board which I highly recommend, you will have 6-7 types of cheeses and 6-7 types of cured meats, all special and selected, while as a first course we took the Valle d'Aosta baked lasagna (savoy cabbage, potatoes and fontina), which was also special.
The price you pay is for the quality and quantity you eat, and I find it quite in line and not exaggerated. The staff is very knowledgeable, smiling, helpful and welcoming.
I will definitely return and recommend it!

Il tagliere della Ciacola da sempre grande soddisfazione!! Lo abbiamo scelto per festeggiare insieme un anniversario particolare, per coccolarci e condividere ottimi salumi e formaggi, con buon vino. Ma la scelta non è stata facile, perché il menù è veramente interessante. Il sorriso e la gentilezza dei giovani in sala ha compensato un servizio non perfetto. Comunque: w la Ciacola!!!

Location in the center of the town with nearby parking. We had a table of 15 people and they put us in a small room where other customers came to get wine. For me, the platters with appetizers need to be reviewed in quantity if you choose to make them for 6 people. A small slice of savory pie or meatballs or other things that hardly everyone can taste arrives.
Very oily truffle tagliatelle. In the end there was a lot of oil left on the plate. The craquelin cream puff was excellent however. Prices a little high
