I'll be honest, my wife didn't understand where she came in, we didn't intend to go to a high-level place, we thought of something simple and low-cost and instead making a mistake and not realizing where it was, we ate in a restaurant where they welcomed us very well, in a very well-kept location, we had excellent treatment with explanation of the dishes and origin of the raw materials, not a novel but what is needed. In addition to the explanations I must say that the dishes were really well-cared for in the presentation but above all they moved our palate because they were good. There is cooking and then there is cooking, with the colors, the scents, the flavors, this one costs a little more but not that much and if you can, every now and then, it is worth trying it

Really suggestive location. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. EXCELLENT cuisine!!!! The freshwater fish tasting menu is amazing!! The eel is a very pleasant discovery!!

Perhaps I would improve the menu policy, not really suitable for all budgets, which includes both the possibility of choosing between predefined tasting menus, and of creating your own menu with the dishes on the menu, but always with the choice of 2/3/4 courses that will then be served according to a sequence chosen by the chef to allow you to appreciate them all. For a special event it is recommended. For an Easy lunch or dinner, it is not the right place in my opinion

High level culinary experience. Elegant cuisine, refined with the use of excellent quality raw materials. The environment is very nice and the staff very kind and knowledgeable. The dishes look like works of art where you can glimpse the study and passion behind them. Excellent, high quality wine list. Experience to be repeated in an enchanting place like Borghetto.

Ho prenotato la Chiusina semplicemente basandomi su quel che ho letto sul sito del ristorante e devo dire che tutto, a partire dal servizio, passando per la carta dei vini e ovviamente il cibo è stato il linea con le attese. Sala molto accogliente, tempi di attesa perfetti e servizio molto competente. Cibo ben presentato e di ottima qualità, si vede che c’è passione e voglia di fare. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente.

Ritrovo sempre con piacere abbinamento di sapori e innovazione anche quando si osa sperimentare molto. Esperienza a tutto tondo con convivialità, competenza e cortesia
