I celebrated my 41st birthday. Top location, in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Excellent food and very knowledgeable staff. The chef managed to enhance the eel, a fish that I have always snubbed, excellent recommended wine/course itinerary! Well done

Really suggestive location. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. EXCELLENT cuisine!!!! The freshwater fish tasting menu is amazing!! The eel is a very pleasant discovery!!

I'll be honest, my wife didn't understand where she came in, we didn't intend to go to a high-level place, we thought of something simple and low-cost and instead making a mistake and not realizing where it was, we ate in a restaurant where they welcomed us very well, in a very well-kept location, we had excellent treatment with explanation of the dishes and origin of the raw materials, not a novel but what is needed. In addition to the explanations I must say that the dishes were really well-cared for in the presentation but above all they moved our palate because they were good. There is cooking and then there is cooking, with the colors, the scents, the flavors, this one costs a little more but not that much and if you can, every now and then, it is worth trying it

Perhaps I would improve the menu policy, not really suitable for all budgets, which includes both the possibility of choosing between predefined tasting menus, and of creating your own menu with the dishes on the menu, but always with the choice of 2/3/4 courses that will then be served according to a sequence chosen by the chef to allow you to appreciate them all. For a special event it is recommended. For an Easy lunch or dinner, it is not the right place in my opinion

We celebrated my partner's birthday in this corner of Borghetto, a very pleasant lunch, attentive and competent staff, carefully plated and very good dishes!

Non avrei immaginato che in un piccolo borgo quale è Borghetto ci fosse un ristorante così curato, speciale e intimo. Abbiamo seguito un percorso di portate abbinate a vini tipici a dir poco squisiti. Pochi tavoli e tutto viene curato nel dettaglio alla perfezione senza essere disturbati dalla presenza del personale che non definirei assolutamente "camerieri" . Rapporto prezzo/qualità giustissimo.

The dishes look like works of art where you can glimpse the study and passion behind them. Excellent, high quality wine list. Experience to be repeated in an enchanting place like Borghetto.
