We dined, slept, and had breakfast at La cena di Pitagora Locanda Vegana - Restaurant with rooms in San Ponzo, a hamlet of Ponte Nizza (PV). We'd been there before and had a wonderful time again! The location is stunning; in the summer, you dine in the garden surrounded by greenery, and the atmosphere is special. The food is excellent, very unique, and carefully presented. The ingredients are seasonal, and much of it is homemade. The wines are local and vegan. The rooms (2) are cozy and very creatively furnished. The owners are very kind and helpful. Worth trying again and again!

We went to celebrate my dad's birthday: the place was enchanting, the dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, made with seasonal ingredients, and Davide and Maria are wonderful hosts who make you feel at home! We can't wait to return to try the autumn menu. Highly recommended!

One of the best vegan culinary experiences I’ve had in Italy, totally worth it! I highly recommend coming here on a Sunday so you can relax in the garden after lunch with a coffee (weather permitting of course). My advice is to skip breakfast and come very hungry because you’ll want to savor every last bite of all four dishes!

It's hard to find the words to do this place justice! I've stayed here four times, fully immersing myself in the magical atmosphere. Nestled in the courtyard of a medieval village, among flowers, plants, and fairy lights, you can enjoy cuisine made with healthy, local, quality ingredients, creatively prepared with meticulous attention to detail. The owners' warm welcome and friendliness complete an unforgettable experience.

The food is simply extraordinary: spending a night at the inn, I dined outside in the garden, immersed in a relaxed atmosphere, transported by exquisite dishes, full of sophisticated flavors and always prepared with love and passion. The room I stayed in was very welcoming, clean, cool, and quiet (a dream for someone from the city like me). In the morning, when I woke up, I was also lucky enough to try their exceptional breakfast: many exquisite homemade desserts (from cakes to brioches and pancakes), accompanied by coffee and other delicious beverages. I booked dinner and an overnight stay for my partner's birthday, and she stayed—in fact, we were delighted. The place is special, seemingly frozen in time, with ivy everywhere, a quiet courtyard filled with plants and aromatic herbs. The rooms are furnished with a beautiful mix of vintage and modern pieces, simply yet functionally. Dinner was perfect; it's cool here even on a July evening; the atmosphere is quiet, suitable for couples of all ages. The service was friendly and pleasant, with reasonable waiting times; everything was vegan, tasty, and original, right down to the dessert. After the night, another beautiful moment of timeless relaxation awaited us with breakfast under the pergola, featuring fresh homemade products, including the fantastic baked cherries and apple pancakes. Ottimo cibo ( avremmo chiesto il bis per ogni portata), si sente la cura e lo studio dedicato ad ogni piatto, servizio attento e piacevole. Prezzi onesti. Locale pulito e accogliente . La stufa accesa poi è una chicca:) Ritorneremo sicuramente. Consigliato!!!

Cena buonissima e genuina. Dal primo al dolce tutto è vegano, fatto in casa con cura ed estremamente gustoso. I proprietari sono molto gentili e simpatici. Consigliatissimo!
