Enchanting place, an hour and a quarter from Milan, nestled in the hills of the Oltrepò Pavese. The small village makes for a suggestive atmosphere and entering the inn is like finding refuge in wonder. The menu is complete but not exaggerated and fills you up in the right way, the combinations and flavor of the food are excellent and intense. The passion of the owners and the sweetness with which they offer their "place" to others shines through in every detail of the inn. The internal atmosphere is intimate and everything connects to silence and slowness. The only unpleasant note is that the group next to us, not very connected to the feeling of the context, made a fuss from start to finish, making it difficult to talk to each other. I would really like to return in the summer to enjoy the outside, perhaps staying overnight.

On Sunday we had lunch in a vegan inn that won us over. The place is a jewel: welcoming, intimate, with shelves full of books that invite you to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The food was surprising, with delicious dishes with attention to the smallest details, capable of enhancing every flavour. Davide and Maria, the owners, were exceptional: friendly, helpful and with a rare competence that is reflected in every aspect of their work. An experience that is not limited to food, but embraces the art of hospitality. We will definitely be back to relive this magic. Highly recommended for those looking for quality and atmosphere.

Visited on 8 December 2024 and I have to say the experience turned out to be just as I had hoped. The location enchants you and you have the feeling of having returned to your grandmother's house for lunch on festive days. The welcome is simple and "kind" (I love feeling at ease and so it was); when you enter the dining room, the entire wall occupied by books that you can peek at while waiting is a real treat. The dishes are truly delicious, excellent on the palate, beautiful to look at, well explained in the ingredients that compose them. Absolutely adequate price for what we received. The only flaw (but it's my fault, I admit it): I didn't eat all the dessert (and I'm really sorry about that) because it just.....didn't fit anymore!!! We will definitely return in late spring / summer to eat out. Thanks to the kind "hosts".

Lovely place, small and very welcoming. All dishes are tasty, delicate and very carefully prepared (even in the plating). Punctual and not at all intrusive service, then it was very pleasant to get lost in chatter about the vegan offer between Liguria, Piedmont and Lombardy! We will definitely be back in spring 🌸

Stunning inn, excellent lunch (from starter to dessert) and welcoming owners. A small reality to be appreciated for its simplicity and atmosphere. Highly recommended and although a little far away we can't wait to go back.
