Beautiful location, surrounded by greenery, inside a Tuscan farmhouse, meticulously maintained, with a large and charming outdoor garden for summer dining. Impeccable service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food is delicious, featuring traditional Tuscan dishes with plenty of game.

My go-to restaurant in Lucca. Traditional cuisine with excellent quality ingredients. The waiters provide superb service, and the owner is very attentive and friendly. A must-visit when you're in Lucca or the surrounding area. I highly recommend La Bistecca. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent service, very kind and attentive waiters, average venue. The food is traditional Lucca, except for a couple of courses. I'd say very good, excellent desserts. The price, in my opinion, is a bit high, but that's fair enough!

Fandt dette sted via Tripadvisor. Ligger ude i ingenting og ikke et sted, du bare ville finde. Venlig betjening og fantastisk mad!! Vi fik hovedret og dessert samt sodavand og vand. 4 personer. Det blev 900 dk kr.

Locale carino ed accogliente, personale di sala molto attento all'esigenza del cliente, qualità del prodotto molto buono. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è veramente ottimo.

30/12/2025: Classic Tuscan Osteria. The host and waiters are incredibly friendly and helpful. Lory, a special woman from another era. Traditional, excellent food. Good value. If you're in Lucca, you can't miss lunch here.
28/12/2025: We had a wonderful meal at this authentic and comfortable little place. The service was extremely friendly and attentive; the bill was fair. The icing on the cake was the owner, who, seeing my curiosity, offered me a slice of their fig cake (delicious!!!). Highly recommended!
