And here we are, finally. Thank you, Caxa Mal Coti, for allowing me to spend some time with you. Ms. Giulia, I greatly appreciated your work, your kindness, your sensitivity in dealing with customers, and your humility; these are increasingly rare things in a world headed in the wrong direction, but you have been entrusted with the task of putting it back on the right track. I left a book with blank pages there: it's up to you to fill it with gustatory delights. We hope to meet again soon: we've earned it on the job.

Not even three months ago, we decided to get married at Piera's Caxa Mal Coti. We chose this place because everyone spoke highly of it, even very highly, and we had never been. One evening, we decided to try Piera's delicacies and were thrilled. Yesterday, our guests were equally thrilled, enjoying everything from the aperitif to the dessert. We had a wonderful time, and we were both happy and impressed with the table setting. We ate on the veranda, which was shaded until late afternoon and breezy. The service was also impeccable and efficient. We had a guest with celiac disease, and he was able to eat everything we ate, with the right precautions.
