Prices in line with the competition. But with the certainty of waking up satisfied with the expense

Furthermore, the wine selection is excellent, with a wide variety that will satisfy even the most demanding palates. Each bottle was carefully chosen to perfectly accompany the menu. Dinner at the “La Caverna” restaurant was the icing on the cake of our stay at the Hotel Villa Sonia: excellent culinary experience with typical local products! Absolutely recommended! The internal environment is particular and refined and it is also possible to dine outside with a view of Etna!

Spent 3 nights at Hotel Villa Sonja and ate here every evening. Great view from here. Had delicious pasta and pizza and German-speaking service. Very good. Made ordering a lot easier for my wife. No gluten and no pork. No problem. How easy it can be to eat out in Italy with a disability. When I think about the service desert in Germany... Wherever you get the answer “that’s not what’s being asked for” or “we can’t implement that here”… it works elsewhere. No problem... We were super satisfied. With the food, the service (Franceska 🫶) the facility with everything👍

Best caponata in the world, exceptional parmigiana, and even pizza made from dough leavened for 4 days, becomes an experience of life. La Caverna is decidedly above average, quality raw materials evidently worked by expert hands, impeccable service (welcoming, friendly and even friendly), and the atmosphere on the large panoramic terrace is unique and evocative. Finally a restaurant that stands out and deserves praise!

Great gluten free pizzas. Once we had one we had to keep going back for more. (I am not kidding) the crust is the best we had in Sicily. Good wine selection. Lovely restaurant.
