Excellent piadineria, "la piadineria" is now a guarantee, with truly high-quality food, fresh ingredients, and well-thought-out combinations. In particular, the "La Rustica" piadina was simply perfect: flavorful, well-balanced, and prepared with great care: one of those that makes you want to return just to order it again. The staff is friendly, fast, and always available, creating a pleasant atmosphere where you feel welcomed. A special mention goes to Chiara: professional, cheerful, and with a smile that truly makes the difference. That smile adds an extra touch to the experience, because the welcome is as important as the flavor. It's also worth noting that the prices are absolutely in line with the quality of the food, in fact, more than fair for what they offer. If I had to give the owners one piece of advice, Chiara would be perfect as the face of a future ad: she perfectly represents the spirit of the place: young, positive, and authentic. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back.

I often go to the piadineria during my lunch break, and even though it's always crowded, the girls are super helpful, efficient, and very kind. The piadinas are amazing!

I've been to this place several times, and each time I've found only one staff member, splitting her time between preparing piadinas, the yogurt corner, and the cash register. When, with 6-7 children, we decided to have a snack here, she didn't know how to handle the situation. Besides the inevitable waits, this decision to have just one person manage everything creates a sense of desolation within the place. I can't imagine what would happen if something unexpected happened (a tray accidentally spilled, or something else...).
