I had a great experience at this piadineria! They also make gluten-free wraps and the lady at the counter was very helpful in explaining to me how they cook gluten-free wraps. If you are celiac, they will pay a lot of attention to cooking and assembling the piadina. And having said that, it was also really very good (and gigantic compared to the standard for gluten free wraps😆)! A must visit when you stop in Lignano💕

Sei a Lignano Pineta? Per uno spuntino puoi provare piadine gustosissime da menu o assemblate con gli ingredienti che più ti piacciono. Gli impasti della piadina sono di tre tipi differenti. Manuela cordiale ed efficiente. Recommended!
