Every meal, from breakfast to snack, reserves surprises in taste, sight and smell. The display of desserts is superb, the quality excellent. The pizzas are very good. If we expand to lunch, the menu offers particular dishes, local cuisine and more. Very good variety and flavours. Adjacent and part of the complex, a beautiful garden with games for the little ones. The price is significantly higher than in other restaurants, but considering the overall and typical environment of the place, the view of the mountains, I consider the place to be the TOP in Abetone. A public car park, where I have always found a space, is located right in front but on the other side of the road.

Classico ristorante dell'Appennino tosco emiliano. Buoni e generosi i piatti di polenta e funghi. Servizio efficiente, prezzi giusti.

06/11/2024: We were the only customers at lunch on a gloomy day. Vellano was deserted. The welcome was cordial. We chose maltagliati with wild boar ragout and followed by wild boar stew. both cooked without the use of tomato. Excellent lunch. Advised

18/11/2024: I went to this restaurant for lunch this Sunday with my family. Everything was really pleasant, from the dishes to the environment and the service.
06/11/2024: Excellent restaurant as well as the excellent raw materials served. Excellent meat and typical atmosphere of the Tuscan Apennines with the right touch of elegance. Friendly and polite staff, good service attentive to every need. Worth trying especially during the mushroom season
