The food was simply fantastic: the starter and the pasta and potatoes literally melted in the mouth, giving a surprisingly intense and refined explosion of flavours. The service was impeccable: friendly, precise, attentive, extremely clean and of a rare kindness. In a moment of minor distraction, I accidentally spilled a glass of wine, but the staff managed the situation with great professionalism and a sincere smile, immediately putting me at ease. Let me start by saying that my standards are high, not out of presumption, but because I can compare with different realities. The place is very beautiful, elegant and bright, you can see that there is attention and attention to detail. I chose it because I follow him on social media and was intrigued by his explanations, which I consider high class, to go there. The service is impeccable, the sore point is the speed in taking away the dishes and the presence near the table. For the choice of appetizer, i.e. very good bruschetta, the fritturine, apart from the zeppoline, were reheated, cold and not fried at the moment so much so that they split when cut and this should not exist. This happened both in the appetizer and in the portion of fries. For the first courses, the pasta and potatoes lacked a boost of flavor as did the other dishes. Tagliatelle friarielli and sausages without sausage crumble, but it can happen, and taralli. Same for tagliatelle with mushrooms, no flavour. Too much basil and tarallo which clashes. I write this with real regret because I follow and respect the owner so much. I hope it can improve.

Seguo si tiktkok lo chef che mi ha incuriosito e sono andato nel suo ristorante tra l'altro della mia città, locale molto carino ed intimo, menù vario e con molti piatti della tradizione con una pecca con modifiche scritte a mano o con post-it incollati sopra non proprio bello da vedere, antipastino buono ma non vale il prezzo, le Chips di patate molto buone, la genovese fatta bene molto gustosa, misto di carne molto abbondante non so riuscito a finirlo ma a dir la verità le carni non erano il top, friarielli fatti a mestiere, rapporto qualità prezzo giusto anche se pensavo fosse alto ma alla fine per quello che si è preso va bene così ma cmq mi aspettavo di più sinceramente.

Detta come va detta… La sala: personale gentile, e attento, la cameriera non ha creato nessun problema alla mia richiesta di sostituzione del vino. La cucina: proposta di piatti tradizionali, con l’aggiunta originale dei risotti che possono essere serviti a metro. La proposta principale è fatta di pietanze di carne, definendosi principalmente una braceria. Oggi assaggio degli spaghetti alla Nerano, ben presentati, ma un po’ troppo sapidi, e un contorno di verdure miste. La location: arredamento non propriamente rustico, gli arredi e i materiali scelti piuttosto moderni non descrivono uno stile preciso, e non trasmettono il concetto di casareccio. - il vino della casa, decisamente di scarsa qualità + parcheggio
