Beautiful place surrounded by greenery, super welcoming staff. We called at the last minute and they were kind enough to reserve a spot for us. Very pet-friendly, even if you want to bring your four-legged friends. The food is particularly tasty and refined; no dish disappointed. I will definitely be back! Prices are normal for high-quality food.

We truly enjoyed our time at this restaurant. The experience was excellent in every way: the food was excellent, prepared with high-quality ingredients and enhanced by attentive and meticulous cuisine. The wine selection was also greatly appreciated: extensive and well-thought-out, with interesting pairings. Kudos to the staff: truly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, always available without being intrusive. One small point: the main entrance is not well signposted from the parking lot, and it could be helpful to better indicate it to make it easier for those unfamiliar with the area. In any case, it's a restaurant we recommend without hesitation, and we'll definitely be returning.

A great experience! The plating and service were superb, the wine list was excellent (even by the glass!), and the Alpago lamb and desserts deserve special mention.

We were THRILLED! Truly impressed! A beautiful and meticulously maintained venue... inside, an elegant, welcoming, and intimate dining room... and the option to eat outside, surrounded by greenery and flowers... truly enchanting! Ample free parking. The food is fantastic, with fresh, top-quality ingredients! The staff, especially Paolo, is attentive, professional, very welcoming, and kind... we'll definitely be back! You've made us completely fall in love with your Cascina!

Beautiful place, very well-kept, elegant, and welcoming all at once! The staff were very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Our lunch was truly EXCELLENT! We were absolutely delighted...we ate divinely...the tagliolini with venison ragù was delicious, the venison tagliata was fantastic, and the lamb was the best we've ever had, truly from another planet! We'll definitely be back!

Il Goldwing Club Italia ha approfittato in occasione del Special Ride Triveneto, un giro di 56 moto Goldwing con 85 persone participanti, di fare sosta per il pranzo, presso il ristorante del nostro amico Paolo. Siamo stati accolti con la massima accoglienza, ci ha servito un pranzo da “Gourmet”; piena soddisfazione per la gentilezza da parte del personale, trattamento da 5 stelle! Grazie Paolo e grazie allo staffa della Cascina!

Abbiamo fatto menù degustazione, si apre con un entrè con sfoglia croccante e salmone affumicato con un gusto acidulo fresco che ti apre il palato, per un uovo poche su un letto fatto di crema d’asparagi e un crumble di ciccia Arriviamo a un primo molto curioso all’occhio perché sono dei cuscini ripieni, con un gusto di mare intenso con una crema di piselli, un secondo molto classico molto confort però con delle note amare e un fondo (che ho scarpettato) buonissimo complimenti anche sull’attenzione e le coccole al cliente perché mi sono trovato veramente bene! Grazie per avermi fatto ricaricare al pilone (se avete l’elettrica potete chiedere la ricarica gratuita)

05/10/2025: My wife and I have tried a few michelin starred restaurants and this one stands out, cannot recommend it highly enough. They explain how their farm works, the dairy production/crops/animals. They talked about how the uneaten food is recycled to their animals. They talked about how they were using ingredients in non traditional ways to stick to their farm to table ethos (such as preparing celery in such a way as to get sugar out of it). Really fascinating stuff. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We loved the amuse bouche with peas (pictured). Their rye bread and butter were incredibly special (pictured). The main was beef tongue w/ this herbal ragout that was fantastic. A wonderful surprise was being able to see their cheese making in the basement while having the housemade cheese course (pictured). They were kind and flexible to dietary restrictions and the amount of alcohol you wanted to drink (you could order a wine pairing or just glass-by-glass pairings with your meal. the wine pairing was like 8-10, my wife got 3). I made reservations a couple weeks prior to our vacation there, no issue.

30/08/2025: We left Zoppé di Cadore for the Rifugio Venezia (trail marker 471). On our way back, we stopped by the mountain hut to buy some traditional products. Drawn by the delicious aromas and excellent reviews, we found one of the few unreserved tables (so I recommend booking!) and sampled the mountain hut cuisine. We were speechless. First of all, the ingredients were incredible, the preparation and presentation were excellent. The chef and the cheesemaker (the two brothers of the family that runs the mountain hut) are true professionals. The cheesemaker in particular is very kind, attentive, helpful, friendly, and extremely polite. The chef, a man with golden hands, creates breathtaking combinations in his dishes: agnolotti with pumpkin and amaretti, agnolotti with ossobuco and blueberries, agnolotti with polenta and chanterelle mushrooms with currants. These three dishes alone speak volumes about the research and uniqueness of this mountain hut. Delicious appetizers, from fresh and hard cheeses to cured meats, all made in-house. The first courses, as mentioned, were perfect. For main courses, we chose the boiled meat, another super-good ingredient, cooked exceptionally well (12 hours of low-temperature boiling, sous vide!), and the goat ribs... EXCEPTIONAL! We finished the meal with three coffees and a Sacher torte, also homemade, which was wonderful. We paired our meal with an excellent red wine. The quality/price ratio was unparalleled in this area of ​​Cadore, especially considering the fact that the ingredients are locally sourced. What more can we say? We wish you all the best and hope to see you soon!
29/08/2025: Patrick and brother have been incredibly welcoming and their passion for quality food is amazing. They are passionate and knowlegeble of what makes a perfect dish, I was also pleasantly surprised of the creativity of their menu all with local produced products. Strongly suggest a visit, we will be back.
