Two of us went for lunch and tried different specialties on the menu. The sushi mix (25 pieces) was excellent, with fresh and well-prepared ingredients. Unfortunately, the ramen did not completely convince us: the taste and combination of ingredients could be improved. The gyoza weren't the best either, it wasn't clear whether they were steamed or grilled, and they were a bit greasy and fragile.
The staff was very kind and very friendly, which made the experience more pleasant. The location, in our opinion, is the real strong point of the restaurant, welcoming and well looked after.
Overall, a good place, especially for sushi, but with some details to improve on the hot dishes.

Great food. Efficient, impeccable, fast and professional service.
The environment is particular, special and evocative. 3 minutes from the center on foot.
I recommend it to everyone, adults and children alike, the pizza and cuisine are excellent and the sushi is fantastic. Bon appetit!🤍💯

Valentine's Day dinner.
Clearly during these evenings the times get longer but no problem in this regard, it's understandable. However, when the waiter passes by repeatedly without even giving the table a glance or simply paying attention to the numerous calls, no...
Or even the absence of dialogue (literally) with the customer throughout the meal, including the moment of ordering.
I'm sorry but the service is very lacking, despite the place being FANTASTIC and attention to detail.
You can perceive all the time that is dedicated to the restaurant but it is also the small attentions that make the difference.

I had lunch at the La Cascina restaurant in Montecatini Terme and the experience was truly excellent. The menu offers a great variety of dishes, ranging from Italian cuisine to sushi, passing through Japanese specialties and with a few touches of Indian flavours.
The atmosphere is welcoming and convivial, perfect for a relaxing lunch. But what made our lunch truly unforgettable was the kindness and professionalism of our waitress, Amal. His impeccable service and friendliness made the difference, making the experience even more pleasant.
Special thanks to Amal and the entire La Cascina team for the excellent service. We will definitely be back!
