The place is very nice, the service is quick, the waiter who takes the orders is very friendly and knows his stuff, the meat is very good, especially the beef fillet with Montepulciano wine, the cauliflower puree not present on the menu is exceptional, the tiramisu made by them is explosive! The final cost is a little expensive but it's worth it 🤩

Visited Sunday, December 7th. The food is good and the atmosphere is just as good at this restaurant in Montemerano. A few imperfections, but they don't affect the overall rating. The appetizers were good but not exceptional, especially the crostini, which arrived cold. The first courses were very good and refined, with a special mention for the ricotta clouds with truffle fondue... EXCEPTIONAL. The price was a touch too high. But you pay for quality!

Great food and lovely people!!! The pici with wild boar ragù are exquisite, the best I've ever had in Maremma! But what makes the experience unforgettable is the service: friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the region and its delicacies. Thank you, Alberto, for the licorice liqueur to finish... we'll be back soon!
