Fantastic experience, the guys who work in this place are the best in terms of friendliness and professionalism....they even taught me the right way to eat this tsigeuner....Argentine angus and to finish off with a tiramisu and a pistachio tiramisu cream....absolutely worth trying

An extraordinary family-run restaurant with young, competent waiters. Meat is cooked to a very professional standard, something few in the valley do. I love that, from the outside, it looks just as it did when it opened. It's a place for lovers of good food, quality wine, and impeccable service.

I've been to the waterfall twice in three days, and the experience has been very positive.
The menu is original: a wide selection of meats and cheeses of all kinds, with the option of trying exotic cuts like zebra, reindeer, bison, and kangaroo. Before the meat, a selection of seven special salts is served, each with its own distinctive flavor—from smoked to lemon to Atlantic grey—making the tasting even more interesting. The side dishes were carefully selected and of excellent quality.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ready to explain the various cuts in detail. Even the desserts, although smaller in selection than the rest of the menu, were of a good standard. The variety of coffee blends available was also very interesting.
In terms of organization, service times were reasonable: about 30 minutes when the restaurant was full and about 10 minutes at quieter times. The restaurant seats about fifty, so it's best to book in advance.
All at a very competitive price considering the quality and experience offered.
A place that won me over and that I will recommend to anyone who happens to be in the area.

Veramente bravi. Daniele accoglie calorosamente e illustra il menù con competenza e passione. Il servizio -abbiamo scoperto che è la sua ragazza- veramente eccellente. Ma il podio va alla carne. Abbiamo mangiato tagliata irlandese e uruguaiana strepitose. Bravi, bravi, bravi. Locale non scontato, decisamente speciale.
